I would first like to express that this is the 3rd time I’ve used their services, and it has always been stellar. It was just this recent experience that prompted me to provide this review. After describing my situation over the phone, I was quoted $ 98.50/hour (1 hr. minimum). The plumber came on-​time, used his equipment, and drafted the bill. I was expecting a bill of $ 98.50 but instead, was told it would be $ 150! After speaking with the owner, he told me that he was actually giving me a «deal» since the standard flat-​rate for clogs is $ 195. I told him about his phone quote of $ 98.50 to which he said that he’d honor, but now he would have to add an «equipment» fee! This fee was only $ 35 but I was bothered by the fact that it was not previously disclosed to me even when I spoke with the owner twice on the phone about my situation prior to scheduling the job.
Again, the service was great, but I would caution folks to inquire about «fees».
