DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I love DSW, and this store is my favorite. Huge — which is typical for DSW, which is why I love them — organized, and clean. I was having trouble finding what I was looking for too (trying to match shoes to a dress I brought with me), and Sharla helped me out tremendously. She whisked me off to particular styles that stood out to her, and I found the perfect heels.

Smaller sized DSW. I didn’t think the selection was as large as I expected it to be. The hat display was only a third full.

Wonderful, blissful day anytime I walk into a room filled with endless pairs of shoes, handbags or fun socks/​hosiery.
I love love love being a girl and all that that entails!
The selection and price points are right on.
You can find clearance items that are great bargins or amusing :)
Sandals to walk the dog in, sandals to work out in, sandals to make you look like a knock out with your little black dress on!
Tennis shoes. Boots. Dressy, Casual.
Tiny purses, handbags, big monster purses you could stuff half your house into.
And the socks.
Let me tell you… I wear 2 different socks to work EVERYDAY!
I have done this for 10 years.
My patients love it and it distracts them from the medical issues.
I’m a fan of their random sock selection… even the ruffles on socks and make me wanna work my inner Diva sexy sexy hosiery.
Its a good time.
Easy parking.
Plus the staff are wonderfully helpful and nice.
They have communication devices they wear, so asking one of them a question is like asking the entire crew because they can buzz each other to find your answer.

When I walked in here several weeks ago with my fiancée and daughter, I had never been inside a DSW before. This store is very organized, bright, and well ventilated. At four months pregnant, the first thing I did walking into the store was use the facilities, which an employee congenially directed me toward and which are very accommodating, clean and well-​stocked. After about 20 minutes perusing the clearance section, I thought I had found the right pair at 40% off the original price to bring them to $ 20, when I stumbled across a really adorable pair of flats with a black and white paisley motif for $ 35. Lovely and cheerful miss Sarah checked me out at the register, where she also enrolled me into the DSW membership club via email.
Unfortunately, it was my fault that I did not try them on before purchasing them. After wearing them for about 15 minutes one day, I realized they were far too tight on my left foot, which is strangely and irritatingly wider than my right foot, I realized they needed to be returned.
Although I cannot recall the name of the attendant who processed my return, she was very helpful and made an exception to my return even though the shoes had been slightly worn. The debit/​credit processing aspect of their computer system was down at the time, and the manager promptly allowed a refund in cash since the original purchase was made using my debit card.
Overall, the store is very organized with a great selection of all types of shoes, including a hearty clearance section. The aisles are wide so that customers shouldn’t bump into one another or the displays, and my daughter was not harranged by employees for skipping through the aisles. The customer service is remarkable, and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to purchasing a pair of boat shoes from them in the near future, and will make certain to try them on first before I commit to them!

Spacious store which was very clean! I found a pair of shoes I liked and decided to come back for it. When I did, my size was gone! I walked out of the store empty handed and was still wished a good night by an employee!

Love this shopping experience. Great prices on quality shoes. Since I am on the tall side, I would love to see more lower or no heel shoes that still have style. Also, I wear a 9.5 which is hard to find in most stores. DSW has a decent inventory of this size. Worth a visit if you haven’t been yet.

This is the go to shoe place for designer shoes. If you look hard enough through the hundreds of shoes they have on display, you will usually find a good deal. The shoes here range from running to club. They have it all, they also have a small men’s section as well. They always have a clearance rack, however, don’t expect to find steals all the time.
My only complaints are they don’t have enough shoes in the size 10 range… I know this is ginormous to most women but I also want to wear cute shoes like the rest of you. Also they do not seem to have enough mid-​ranged priced running/​sport shoes. All in all if you like shoes you will like DSW.

I really like DSW for their wide selection of shoes. They also on occassion have some great shoes on mark down, like Coach shoes for example, you just have to take the time to look. My one request would be for them to get more variety of heels over 4″ and with a platform of at least 1.5″ … I’m short … I need all the help I can get people!

This store is like shoe heaven! I have a diehard shoe fetish and this is where I come to feed my never-​ending appetite. My usual drill includes heading straight to the back to check out the sale shoes. I have small feet so it can be challenging for me to find shoes in other stores, but not here! Once I have investigated the sale racks thoroughly and made my selections (which fit very nicely in the black shopping bags they have for you at the end of the aisles) I then move onto the many aisles in the center of the store. I can literally spend hours in this place! Once I’ve seen everything or met my shoe budget for the day I head to the checkout counter. There are tons of shoe goodies in front of the register like tights and inserts and the employees there share my shoe obsession and are very helpful. Of course I use my rewards card every time because they mail you 5 – 10 dollar gift certificates as well as special coupons etc. This has been my go-​to shoe store for years and I don’t see that changing any time soon.

I automatically like a place that sells designer name shoes at a discount. I’m not sure if they are last years style or what but who cares. I recommend you sign up for their points card. I’m not a huge shopper but the points do add up and eventually you will get a 10 dollar off coupon (or maybe more if you’re a shoe-​aholic) and you will use it on a pair of already discounted by 40%, designer shoes like I did last weekend. Woohoo!!!

I looove shoes. Love ‘em. Well most of them, the cute but completely uncomfortable ones can just go back to hell where they came from!
Well then, back to the good shoes… DSW has a great selection. I never have any problem finding what I’m looking for, whether that be kid shoes, flats or pumps for works, a trendy slingback for a party, or a new pair of sexy «bedroom» heels.
The prices are great, most heels for $ 40 – 70. The salespeople are actually courteous and attentive. Oh and if you regsiter on their website, you can earn rewards and they send you coupons, specials in the mail! I like getting that kinda mail…
