Chair King Backyard Store

AWESOME experience. Shea, the manager, took a lot of time with us to find the perfect pieces for the new patio. And we needed a lot of pieces, so needed a lot of help. She knew her business and coordinated the pieces and colors for a perfect fit!!! Glad to see stores, and staff, so great at what they do.

While in the midst of having our pool constructed, hubby and I went to Chair King to look at new patio furniture. Brian was the gentleman working. He was very knowledgeable about the different items (although we already knew what we wanted from looking at their website). He answered all of our questions, even though we stated we were not yet purchasing the furniture since we were still finishing our pool.
When we finally had the pool taken care of, we went back and Brian was there. These guys work on commission, so show some love to the salesperson who helped you if, like us, you have to make multiple trips! As discussed on our first visit, we were going to purchase that particular patio furniture and we were ready. Brian was helpful in getting the order placed, etc., although it did take some time to complete the transaction and a couple of items were on back order.
YES, this place is pricey … but after spending a pretty penny on a swimming pool, did I really want cheap junk on my patio? Um, no. This stuff has warranties on it, not like the junk you get a Garden Ridge. So, even though it’s pricey, they are getting 5 stars because they were helpful and had exactly what I was looking for!
