I was disappointed with my visit to this particular store. Customer service is lacking in so many areas. I went to this store on a mission to purchase a fitness tracker. It took forever to find the trackers as all the associates were tied up or walking too fast for me to catch up to them. I finally asked the outside reps that work the appliances depart where I can find fitness trackers. There was lady nice enough to pint me in the right direction. I found the trackers and got overwhelmed. There are so many to choose from, but I had a pretty generous budget to get one that was high quality. However, I wanted to ask a few questions about comparisons between fitbit charge, flex, and the jawbone up2 and up3. I thought someone would stop and check on me as I had been staring and picking over the items for a good 15 minutes, but they never did. Finally, I decided to solicit someone… anyone for help. I saw a rep and proceeded to walk up to him. He saw me walking towards him and walked away in a hurry. I found another rep just standing around and decided I would try and ask him. He saw me coming and turned around and started a conversation with another associate. I said forget it and walked out of the store. I don’t need a fitness tracker!

Went to best buy for black Friday sale 2012, picked up our doorbuster led Samsung flatscreen tv, lucky us, our early arrival made us winners! Took it home, rearranged our living room to accommodate it, took it out of the box set up our surround sound and receiver and all the bells and whistles that you have to deal with, turned it on and no picture, okay, well called best buy talked to someone they said come and get another one, we still have a couple left, so we packed it back in and loaded it up and took it back. Oh no! who told you we had some left, the lady behind the counter said well lets see if we can find you a comparable one, She then calls a nice young guy who looks and looks for near an hour, then he finds one with the exact specs, size, quality, only since technically the other one reduced for doorbusters this one was going to have to cost us another 250.00. The manager, a short Spanish girl maybe 30 came and informed me that people who made it early got the deals, I stated we did make it early, only the tv was defective and we went to a lot of trouble to bring it back and having already spent near two hours at the store while we get the general run-around maybe she could help us out for all our trouble, we had guest staying for the holidays and no good tv. Needless to say she pretty much told us(rather rudely as well) tough, maybe no in those exact words but we were out of luck. After being disheartened and pretty angry we went on to Sams club and bought another tv and were happy except with how we were treated by the manager of best buy. They lost a lot more than they know for lack of customer service, we will have to be desperate before we go back there! Gail

Went to Fry’s looking for some USB headphones, didn’t have any I liked. I found exactly what i wanted here at Best Buy. I was greeted when I came in, after about 10 – 12 steps someone offered to help me and actually took me to what I was looking for. Nice staff, good selection.

Decided to pick up a new hard drive for my laptop after reviewing it online. The hard drive was fairly easy to find in the store, and everyone was very friendly. Not a lot of people was there, though it was a lot of children running around. It sucks though that Best buy is closing down. I finally got to use my $ 50 gift card before they shut all of them down.

This Best Buy is conveniently located by my house and usually has what I need when I need it. Their mobile phone customer service is helpful and gave me many pointers when I purchased my first Android phone. Geek Squad takes forever to help you, but they do figure out how to fix your problem. If not, they will send it out and you’ll be without for almost a month! Overall, good deals on electronics, somewhat helpful customer service, and convenient location to me is what earned them only three stars.
