Auto Exhaust Service Plus

i am shocked to report this and saddened at the same time. i have been a returning customer to this particular shop since my first car. the vehicle i currently have has had two exhaust systems installed at this shop.
i will never return.
during my currant install, the new shop owner made comments saying «if he had more business like mine he would be all set, well apparently he seeks no more. the install was a problem because of an odd rattle that was occurring.
not only was he abrasive during our conversations but was rude over the phone while trying to make an appointment date to fix the rattle, he even called me a pain in the azz. and at one point told me to get the f**k out. he had told me to return for the repair, only turning me away saying he was busy. he even sat at his desk with his feet up listening to me leave a message on his machine while walking in on him using my cell phone.
i was persistent in obtaining my repair after the $ 800.00 bill.
he finally changed one of the new parts he had placed on my vehicle and the vehicle was finally rattle free. i will never return for any reason.
too bad and very sad. i really like supporting small business. no longer will i support this guy. imagine, i am the pain… wow
