I went to this store on a Saturday and was fortunate enough to be helped by Shelby. She did a fantastic job helping me change my plan and upgrade my phone. Because of her professional and helpful attitude, I had the best customer service experience ever in 4 years with AT&T. Please keep up the great work!

I had a very positive experience at this location but let me preface this with it was on a Sunday and I arrived at the store 20 minutes after it opened and it was PACKED. As one would expect, I had to wait about 20 minutes before an associate was available. Shelby L. helped me and she was able to take care of everything I needed which included several account changes and updates and adding an additional line to the account. The employees that we interacted with were all very helpful and courteous. If you have to come here on a weekend, stop by Starbucks(get a venti whatever) and wear comfy shoes — you’ll be here a bit.

If I could give negative number of stars for a rating I would. I have not seen this many employees in one place try to be more rude and impotent as I have at this store. The manager must look for the dumbest, rudest imbeciles he can find.

I would never come here again and I will be sure to tell everyone on my network and asking to switch to AT&T to not make that mistake. I was advised to come tk this locaton by guess who… Hmm… Another AT&T store and guess what they also could not help me. As soon as I advised them of the SIMPLE problem they said«no we don’t do that» and dismissed me. Very unprofessional. As soon as my contract it up, I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Complete disaster. I was attempting to add a line to my account, which should be simple and everyone had a different answer on what I can and cannot do as an authorized user. So much crap. The story changed with every sales person. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time. A good ending did come out of this 6 hours of wasted time by visiting a different ATT store and walking out with the new phone in 5 minutes. You think I am kidding try the ATT store on Nasa 1. They understand customer service better than this company store on Bay Area.

SO unhelpful. Came in with a very clear problem, and given unhelpful answers from staff who clearly didn’t understand our issue. Ended up losing $ 75 on a prepaid phone because of an error AT&T made. Claimed there was«nothing they could do.» How about giving that money back since it was YOUR error? Worst customer service. Exactly why I switched carriers.

Everything wrapped up in one handy dandy location… ever wanted to have a snotty cell phone salesman talk down to you like their companies policies should be memorized by you? Or have a question in a room full at&t reps only to be told to find someone else because that’s not their area? How about finding a rep that won’t even look up at you from her computer screen? Wanna spend over an hour at a store dealing with all those features and still leave with your old phone in hand and having paid a completely bullshit $ 35 fee for taking back their faulty equipment? This is the place for you! Come enjoy the warm, customer is ALWAYS wrong attitude here while being treated rude and inconsiderably, as if the hundreds of dollars a month you are paying their company means nothing at all.
