Dwayne helped talk me off a ledge. I was stuck trying to figure out whether to purchase an amp for my passive sub or buy an all-in-one active sub woofer. He really helped me understand the tradeoffs/benefits and the best way to size a sub woofer for a room. In the end I wound up spending less money and got a better solution for my needs. The new REL sub sounds great! I’ll be talking to them for future hi-fi upgrades I’m sure. Thanks!

In spring 2013 I had MFP work on a whole-house network and speaker job which came in around $ 7,000. Among the things they did for me were installation of tv mounts, speakers, and a media cabinet. Their poor communication with my electrical subs cost me an additional $ 2,500 dollars in charges. Adding insult to injury, the display in my family tv-room has a gaggle of wires exposed all of which are too short for my $ 300 mount to even work. Because the wires were all too short I can’t even pull-out/extend the mount as designed. I asked Dwayne if he’d come back to address the too-short wires on 12÷11÷13 and have as yet never received a response. A company who doesn’t respect the small-er jobs is not likely to respect any jobs.

I enjoy dealing with the folks at MfP. Each time I’ve been in, a staff member has spent 30 minutes or so of his time to answer my questions and educate me on high-end audio. Prices are in line with the competition. They have stuff in every price range. Stop here before you buy that POS Sony«A/V Receiver» from Best Buy.
