Jamba Juice

Jamba, Jamba! I’ve always loved Jamba Juice. In fact, when I moved to the Midwest, I was deeply saddened by the fact that there wasn’t any around where I lived. I would have seriously driven half an hour or more to go to one if there was one when I first moved here.
Enough about my gripes! So there is one that’s only about 9 minutes from where I live and it’s connected to a Schnucks. You could do some grocery shopping and finish it up with a refreshing, healthy smoothie. I personally love their Protein Berry Workout smoothie — a blend of soy milk, strawberries, bananas, and a choice of either soy or whey protein boost. It’s pretty much a meal replacement especially if you don’t have time to stop and have a hearty breakfast. If you would like a healthier breakfast though, they have some delicious-​looking energy bowls. I might try one on my days off.
I have also had their chocolate moo’d smoothie and it was pretty good but that was a long time ago. I used to drive an hour to go to the other side of the island to the Jamba Juice location. Honestly, a 9-​minute drive is nothing! I am a happy person and I will definitely be back (maybe more often than I would like to).

You really can’t go wrong with Jamba Juice. I used to go to them all the time when I lived in Chicago so it’s good that we’re finally getting more locations in St. Louis. This is right in the grocery store (in the front) so it’s a nice way to bribe my kids into being good. They have children’s size smoothies which are just big enough for them to enjoy without being too big. They are a bit slow since they’re new and it’s a newer location but otherwise, no issues at all.

This is actually the first Jamba Juice I have ever seen attached to a supermarket. What a great idea! I would much rather get a smoothie than a Big Mac while shopping.
The smoothie artist was friendly, even though he was slammed because of the BOGO deal Jamba Juice was running. (Also I don’t think they are called smoothie artists. I just made that up: P).
This location is clean and on the small side, since it is connected to Schnucks. There isn’t any seating within Jamba Juice, but there are a couple of benches inside and one outside of Schnucks.
I’m just glad there is finally a Jamba Juice that is close by! :D

My preferred choice over any other smoothie or coffee shop. Reasonably priced. Bonus is relatively healthy. I’d suggest the Strawberries Wild smoothie it’s the BEST.
