Right across from Walmart in Webb City. First thing you notice is the door. This is like an old time door with plate glass in the upper part. The building on the inside looks like it could easily be a trendy restaurant. Had just left Home Depot and the nut woman who was having a melt down for some reason. I promise, I wasn’t the cause of whatever problem she was having. The guy that helped me carefully listened to what I was trying to do and the tool that I needed but didn’t know the name of. He got on his radio and the guy said something like sure, over on such and such aisle. The project they had was superior to what Home Depot had that I was able to find BYMYSELF as the crazy lady at Home Depot was pulling her hair out and speaking to unknown, invisible people. It was cheaper too. Too bad that the other major tool retailers in town, Lowes and Harbor don’t recommend running up here when they don’t have the product. And best of off, their employees aren’t nuts! I paid $ 10.22 for a tool that was $ 16 or $ 17 dollars at Home Depot and didn’t work. You would think that if a store doesn’t have the tool it would create good will by pointing customers to another business so that in the future they would likely come back. But, no. Home Depot would rather the customer go home without the tool. It’s a matter of what’s best for Home Depot and not the customer. Can’t say this is true of all Home Depot’s just the crazy lady one in Joplin. Maybe they’re afraid that if more people knew this little store was here that Home Depot would loose a bit of change and a dollar. I thought the staff couldn’t be more helpful – unlike the crazy lady at Home Depot – and quite knowledgeable – unlike the crazy lady at home depot. I wonder, how does Home Depot stay in business?

Henkle’s is very well organized and clean. The person who helped me was very friendly and knowlegable. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I wasn’t exactly sure I knew myself. He also gave me a couple of little tips for installing it. Great place and very friendly, helpful people.
