Tractor Supply Store 41

I will go out of my way to no longer shop at Tractor Supply.
I tried to make a quick stop by today for a puppy shot and dewormer.
I found the dewormer myself and also found the shots myself, however, they were locked in a cooler.
There was a «customer service» desk within eye sight of the cooler so I walked over and waited for the employee to finish her phone call.
I told her that I just needed a puppy shot to which she replied that she could not help me and would have to call someone over.
She did make a page over the intercom however no one ever came. She eventually got off the phone and went to head to the back room… walking right by me and not even checking to see if I had been helped yet.
I waited around for about 10 mins and finally another worker came walking out of the backroom. He was not going to offer help, however, I had to stop him. I told him that I needed a puppy shot and he said sorry I do not have keys and will have to get someone to help you.
I told him that someone had been paged 10 mins ago and had not showed up yet.
He left to apparently go find help for me and I waited another 10 mins (had time to make phone calls to other businesses to find what I needed) and still no help arrived.
I finally was frustrated enough that I just put my other items back and left.
In the parking lot I actually walked by the worker that was supposed to find me help and I commented that no one ever did come back to open the cooler to which he replied «Sorry Dude.»

My husband ordered baby chicks thru Tractor Supply, we had done this before and had no issues. But we placed an order in February, and it is now May and still have not received them. We have called several times and spoken with the manager and the assistant manager. Apparently we are not the only ones. Tractor Supply has new regulations that your chicks will not be shipped to you until after their chick days are over no matter when you order them. We ordered certain breeds they do not carry in the store, so please be aware that when ordering chicks in the spring, you will not get them until the summer.

With several properties I frequent this store at least once a week. From truck trailers to fencing to gardening supplies and even overalls… I have bought a lot here.
The staff always has ALL the answers to my questions and honestly they carry a lot of stuff you just cannot find at Lowes down the street.
Country is as country does and TS is my go to place in WVL

Tractor Supply has pretty much anything you could ever need for working outside. Wether it be a big farm or just your backyard they have all sorts of things to accommodate your needs. They even have baby chicks and other little animals for purchasing.
