Better drive through, inside is worn out, tables are nasty, and napkins are behind the counter. Did not roll the dice on using the restroom because I have a weak stomach.

This is a normal mcdonalds, the burgers tend to be on the dry side. I’m not sure what the last review meant or where he was from. There is a Roses department store nearby, which are all over North Carolina, so there must not be any McD’s where he is from either. If there was it would be clear that these burgers suck. Very dry, very unmeat like. If you want a quick coffee then pull in, otherwise go to the gas station and buy a slim jim.

This is one of the nicer Mickey D’s I’ve been to, and they are fast. But they are also GOOD. If you’re in the area, it’s worthy of a visit.
For added benefit during the day, park in Rosie’s Supermarket’s lot across the street and eat. Great view of Weaverville and the mountains around!

holy cow! I admit that I do not frequent this kind of place often, but when I get in the mood about every 3 months, this McyDs is rock solid. I have had their Angus burger about 4 times — the one with lettuce, tomato, and onion — and it has hit the spot every time! It does not leave me with that, «I just committed fast food» feeling.
Their drive-​thru employees are always very friendly and they get my special order right every time!
Go ahead and do it — you know you want to sometimes. French fries… yum.
