Very disappointing experience based on two limited attempts for couples spa days… Service was good for what we got but cut short by staff circumstances… Second attempt never happened from booking mistake… Overall disappointing experience from my perspective…

Be careful when giving credit card because they made the mistake of booking us for a full day of services on a Friday when we work on a Friday. We made reservations for all day Saturday BECAUSE we have jobs so there’s no way we would have booked on a Friday. So we were headed out on Saturday for our appointment and they called and said we had missed it on Friday. They then charged us $ 350 because we failed to cancel within 24 hours. They are incompetent and will charge you for it! NEVER GOING BACK

Water room. So relaxing! :)
They also do packages to make a day out of it!
Beautiful facility! Very professional and you will feel So pampered!
