DONOTGETTHISSERVICE!!! I was so excited to have faster internet service available in my area. True to their word, their service was faster. If it consistently worked, they would receive 5 stars — but it doesn’t. We’ve had internet drops every 5 –10 minutes for the last month. We’ve called a dozen or more times and each conversation is the same: — They need to run a test — They will call back(they don’t) — They think the issue is resolved, but they will monitor it.(It’s not) They refuse to even send a technician out, and have only returned one call(and that was to say they had no new information). I’ve stressed that I work from home and this impacts my ability to get my job done– but there has been NO urgency or commitment to resolve the problem. What a shame their technical support falls so short of their service when it’s actually working.

we have had this service for 7 months. At first it was fine and we were pleased, even recommending the company to neighbors. Over the past 4 – 5 months the quality of service has plummeted. Poor internet connections, poor customer service, no shows with technicians at our house. Excuses have been all over the spectrum from the tower had been hacked and they were installing better security, they were moving us to another part of the tower, it could be our own equipment, etc. Our service is very sporadic and their customer service is even worse. Right now I am on hold trying to speak to upper management… about 5 minutes and counting and still no one has come on the line. Extremely frustrated! We do not recommend this company. Update 2 hours later: I’ve never received a call from the customer service supervisor to give me the management name/number, nor have I heard from the«Management». They sent a tech guy out so we will see if things are better. I sure hope so.

(Today is June 18, 2015. I still have Nextlink and the following review is still 100% accurate): I am literally shocked at how awesome my Nextlink internet is. So… I’m a gamer and I was really freaking out that Charter was not available at my house due to the messed up construction of my housing community. The previous owner of my house had OneSource and hated it beyond belief. So I gave Nextlink a shot and let me scream 25MB download speeds… yes! But here’s the best part. If you’re a gamer, you know that a Ping test below 50 is amazing. Higher will get you killed on shooter games. My old house with Comcast was 76 – 86. With Nextlink my ping is lower than anyone I come across. Try a ping test at 3 – 4. Yes 3 – 4 from radio internet. I now dominate in online games with my Xbox One. I’m a true fan of Nextlink. Do not hesitate to use them. They rock!!!
