Miller’s Wrecker Srvc

This place sucks, I hit a deer and had to have my car towed. They didn’t get my car to the dealership for two days bc the dealership closed before they made it there, then my insurance appraisal people made it there before the towing company. Do not ever use these people.

Waited on the side of the road for 2 hours before giving up after they kept giving us different ETAs and no one would show up. We finally called another service and got immediate help. If you don’t mind being stranded call this one.

Garbage company. Lied to me 3 different times about when a wrecker would arrive. Expect to be stranded on the side of the road for several hours while they play with your emotions. Do yourself a favor and pay for a tow service that is actually going to try and help you.

I was very unhappy with Miller’s Wrecker Service. They were assigned to me by the towing service of a national auto repair shop, and said they would arrive within an hour after the call. Several calls were made directly to Miller’s dispatch (not through the repair shop), and I was always assured they were in the area and would arrive very soon. More than three hours later, they showed up with a broken truck.
It was already late when they arrived, and I could no longer wait around on them to go get a new truck and return. So we rescheduled for first the thing next morning. I was very direct with their dispatcher that they must be on time the next morning because I now only had one day left to get my car fixed before needing to leave town.
The next morning, they did not show at our arranged time and their dispatch phone was not being answered. I cancelled their service through the repair shop and was assigned another towing company. They finally showed two hours after our arranged time, but I already had another company on the way.
Unless you have plenty of time and don’t need someone immediately, I would recommend not using their service. I am giving a second star only because the actual driver responding to their dispatcher (same driver both days) was very nice and apologetic.

Courteous and prompt service. I was stranded with my truck and horse trailer complete with horse. Mike and Jim arrived as scheduled and handled a difficult towing situation with competence. Both of the technicians were polite and patient with an anxious horse owner. I highly recommend Miller’s.

Fair Prices! Friendly customer service. I called to get a small car towed from Weatherford to Fort Worth (31 miles) and they charged me $ 100. The dispatch was very friendly. I would recommend this business to others.
