We had never spent a good amount of money on a mattress and our backs have suffered for it. We stopped in to check out what type of mattress we might like. We found the color category system of mattress types to be a quick and easy way to determine which might be our preference. Richard showed us around, asked great questions, and answered all of our questions. We are big fans of good sales people who help you find what you’re looking for without pushing you. He and the manager were both very polite and easy to talk to. They were patient as we tended to our newborn baby during our visit. We wanted to shop around so we went to a couple of other local places where we did not have negative experiences but also didn’t find a mattress we liked as much as the one we found here. We returned a few days later, right at closing time, and were able to place our order quickly and seamlessly. The next day, after a phone call to confirm they were on the way, the delivery truck arrived on time. They put out a carpet on my doorstep and even shoe protectors on their feet before they brought the mattress in, unwrapped it, and set it up on our platform bed. They even gave me a mint on their way out, which was a nice touch. The entire process was as it should be, in my opinion, especially for a large purchase such as this… efficient, professional, and true to what is advertised. We feel comforted by the warranty but are quite pleased with our mattress so far!

We bought a Tempurpedic mattress in Aug. 2014, after 9 months of having an aching back, we went into the store and told the manager we wanted to exchange it. She was very sweet and showed us a couple of Beauty Rest matresses. We chose one that was better suited for us, and in just a couple minutes she had an order in to have our new matress delivered the next evening between 7pm-​10pm. No hassle! the guys called and showed up just after 7 and were polite and had the bed exchanged within 10 minutes! From the orginal purchase to last night’s delivery, its been a smooth, plesant experience dealing with the Weatherford store. We will definitely be back and recommend our friends!
