I travel quite a bit for my job and try to always stay at a Hilton Brand hotel because of the quality of them, however if they were all ran like this I would change my loyalty. Almost every time I check in they have a young girl working the front desk, however they are never at the desk. They are on the couch or table watching tv or flirting with some guests. It’s as if how dare you bother them. They recently updated the carpet and piled the old carpet in the back asking lot for several months, filling the dumpster up a little at a time. The water from the sinks have to be the worst water I have ever tasted, I can’t even brush my teeth with it. Went to the pool only to find out the key does not work to get back in and have to walk around to the front. Treadmill speed up works but speed down doesn’t. The elder lady that works the mornings and the breakfast lady are awesome! When you walk in the two front doors it is a maze as the first door slides to the left and then the second door slides to the right. Drive into Fort Worth to stay at a better hotel.

This is how Hampton’s should be ran! Clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff, nice fresh breakfast foods! I’m very pleased with this location and will be staying here again when I’m in the area.

My husband and I stayed here four nights, while on a house hunting trip. The front desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful, especially Sandy. When one of the lobby computers would not print something I needed, she immediately came to the rescue and printed it for me on her printer. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable… I always love the comfy Hampton Inn beds and bedding. The light weight comforter is always just warm enough so that extra blankets are not needed. Breakfast each morning was great! There was a different type of egg each day, either scrambled or some type of tasty omelette, along with breakfast meats and potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Boiled eggs were always an option, along with hot, cooked oatmeal, not just a dry packet of instant oatmeal and hot water like you get at some hotels. Accompaniments for the oatmeal included, blueberries, strawberries, cinnamon sugar, and sliced almonds. Yogurt, bagels, sweet rolls, muffins, fruit and cereal were also available. You could make your own waffle, and Patsy, who is in charge of the breakfast, was always friendly and extra helpful. There were three types of coffee, always hot and ready… Decaf, Regular, and Robust, along with various flavors of teas and hot chocolate. Chocolate chip cookies were waiting in the cookie jar each evening… what a treat after a long day! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to Ft. Worth, yet not be in Ft. Worth traffic. Shopping and restaurants are available just across the Interstate, as well as across Main Street.

Hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very polite. The room was a reflection of the lobby… Clean, my bed was soft and comfortable. The towels looked fresh and was soft. There is free WiFi, microwave and mini fridge in the room. One cool thing in the room was a charging port that has 2 outlets and 2USB ports(those little things that matter). If you have small kids that goes to the bathroom alone beware the the hot water is scalding hot.. Free breakfast is offered, waffles, pastries, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. You know the usuals. The area offers a few resturants and shopping options..

The hotel was nice and clean. There was a young lady working the front desk in the morning who was not nice at all. The breakfast attendant heard how mean the front desk girl was and came over and helped me. Carpet was wet and now all our feet are black.
