Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve used the Weatherford enterprise a few times. It’s always been through insurance booking my car for me. They have always had a car ready and the staff was nice enough. The office is bland with very little information/​signs available about the rental car policies or process. But the staff explains everything to you verbally.
The male office employees look a little disheveled… like they really hate wearing dress clothes to work (more humorous than an actual problem). They are always busy and the employees seem a little frantic. Don’t understand why they don’t just hire more people. That being said, the employees are still very nice and have always made an effort to help me as quickly as possible and answer all my questions.
The cars I’ve used have been clean and everything worked. Usually newer models. No weird smells or stains. They will even pick you up and drop you off at home or a car repair shop for free.
My only big complaint has to do with the driver who picked me up from the car repair place last time. He made a rather biased and offensive political remark and another offensive remark about the US military. I don’t care what his opinions are, but he was at work and needs to keep them to himself. So unprofessional. I just ignored him, but if he keeps it up he likely to get punched by someone and deter customers. I’m contacting enterprise corporate about this.

Nick Fearer the manager in training actively failed to go over options of insurance with me after coming straight from a wreck to pick up a vehicle. While getting into the rented vehicle to leave location, he casually mentioned he had added insurance just in case I got in another wreck. He knew insurance would be covering the cost so I thought nothing of it. Later, it seems insurance companies never pay for additional insurance added to the car. I had to pay out of pocket due to his poor skills at being a decent human being. He intended on taking advantage of my situation in order to gain more income for the business. I intend to inform their corporate head quarters in order to see that he is not able to do this again. I will never frequent this location again.

Terrible experience. Will avoid this location if at all possible! I rented a full size car online several days ahead of time. I arrived and no full size cars. Given a Jeep Compass which is supposed to be an upgrade. Really? Very basic and uncomfortable. Within one hour of rental the oil light was on as was the low tire alert. I called the office to say I wanted to change the car out. I was told «No. The oil is fine We do not have any cars and we have 10 other reservations besides you «. So off I go stopping occasionally to check or fill the tire because the alert came back on. When I arrive home to pick up my ride to return the car the tire goes completely flat. Thankfully I was in my own drive way in Weatherford. I called the office and the response was «we can’t help you. You should have asked to change the car. (What?) you have to call road side assistance and once they have fixed you need to bring the car to the office». I called roadside and they were wonderful. They said no worries. We will tow the car. They arrived in about 30 minutes and towed the car. What does it say when Roadside assistance is the best part of the rental experience. By the way I rent a car for work an average of 40 times a year.

Tried these guys out after I had to give up a previous place. Placed the reservation at 9 am and picked the car up at noon. The staff was friendly. The car was the cleanest I’ve seen in quite a while. The vehicle only had 10,000 miles, but I’ve had some nasty ones with less miles. The parking lot had places for my ride in to park which is a nice change. My only ask is please fill the vehicle up, you have gas pumps on site. It a small annoyance. So far I was impressed and I will be back.
Update. After a year of using them every month. They have always taken care of me. The manager is wonderful. They are my first choice always. If you need a car, use this location.
