Good jerky but terrible customer service. They say they will ship orders within 24 hours but it took 3 weeks before it even shipped, a month to arrive and it wasn’t because of shipping delays. I contacted them three times via email and one via phone regarding my order and never received a simple response acknowledging they received my email or a call back. You can find good jerky anywhere; great jerky is what we all are hoping for and this is not it. Combine that with the terrible service and you end up with zero stars if Unilocal would allow.

I have not been to the actual location but I picked up some of the jerky at a local convenience store. Damn that’s some good jerky.
Beef jerky is a must on road trips and Dan’s Smokehouse X-treme hot beef jerky hit the spot right own. mmmm
