Space Kraft LLC

I had a great experience with Marc and the team from Space Kraft. They sold me a ductless air conditioning unit that provides heat as well, and did the installation within a week of my placing the order. I priced this unit at a few of the larger heating and A/​C vendors in the area, and the price from Space Kraft was way below their competitors. I was a little worried because I could not find any online customer reviews so I asked for some references and took the time to call 3 of them. Each of them was extremely complimentary of the work Space Kraft did for them and 2 of the 3 were long time customers. One of the best things is the unit I bought qualified for a $ 900 rebate from my electric company! The thing that Marc could have done better was to market the fact that these rebates were available. If I knew that at the time the quote was provided, I would have placed my order on the spot. I am happy with the installation and the unit is operating nicely.
