Microtel Inn & Suites Waynesburg

Had a pleasant stay here at the Microtel Waynesburg, PA. Our room was small but had everything one would need including a very comfortable pillow top bed– I can’t sleep on a firm bed feels like sleeping on bricks! Customer service was excellent! After we had checked out and and were via route back to VA I realized I had forgotten my pillow! Yup, I travel with my $ 125 Pacific Coast feather pillow it’s like a security comfort thing I have. Called the hotel and front desk had advised they will call me back as soon as they could if they found it. Hours later they called with the good news! I told them I will pay for return shipping and a few days later I received an email from Lorinda– Operations Manager writing that my pillow was shipped and they will be paying shipping costs!!! Way to go Microtel that’s 100% top customer service provided!

Booked a non smoking room but as soon as we opened the door the smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering. There was hair all over the bathroom. When we asked for a different room they said they were full. Since all hotels in the area were booked we stayed the night. Later the general manager called and since they could not give us a different room they reimbursed the room for us.

Stayed the night while passing through. This hotel had some comfy rooms. The bath was bi enough and the beds were decent. The room had a nice TV. In the morning they have some breakfast stuff out including decent coffee.

Only hotel that had a room this week for some reason. Traveling with my husband for work related reasons. I thought the complementary breakfast had a lot to offer. Rooms were clean. Internet worked great. Not sure how the service was because the desk clerk was always busy on the phone with a costumer. But that means she was working.

Stopped here on a trip out East. New motel with exceptionally clean rooms and accomodating staff. Right off the highway. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy, but a nice, new clean hotel.
