Rack Room Shoes

Not a good experience! My daughter and I walked into the store and we were greeted a few minutes later by a nice man. I told him I was looking for a durable shoe because my daughter bought some Skechers two weeks ago and now they are falling apart. I had no clue which brand to buy and it would have been greatly appreciated if they would have assisted me in picking a shoe. Finally about thirty minutes later after being aggravated with not finding anything. The same man came over and told me that Skechers are only for walking, not running. That was actually good to know. Finally I bought two pairs of shoes and noticed a discount sign for military for 10 percent off but only on Tuesdays. I didn’t get the discount which is not the employees fault; store policy. I just felt that the staff was very short and I felt pressured to buy the shoes even though I talked about just coming back on Tuesday to buy the shoes. I was trained in sales to go above and beyond to be helpful and I didn’t feel that I revived that. I’ll definitely be taking the shoes back tomorrow and I will just go to a Nike store instead.
