Average. We visited here on a Sunday after around 12:45pm. There were several patrons at the bar. We weren’t greeted until we had already sat down at a booth, but I think the waitress was busy behind the bar when we got there. We ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, coleslaw, chicken kids meal, fries, and veggie plate (cucumbers, carrots, celery, and ranch/​blue cheese), and water. Total came to ~$ 22 before tip. The waitress was nice and attentive.
While the atmosphere and service was fine, my husband and I agreed that the food was pretty average for the price. Beef didn’t taste very fresh. I think the mushrooms in the burger were canned instead of fresh. Fries were nothing special. The coleslaw was good. The veggie tray offered a good healthy app option, but the blue cheese dressing was bland.
We might check out this place again for drinks or just apps, and they had several wing sauce options that sounded good, but we won’t be in any rush to be back.

Great little bar atmosphere. It was a very slow Sunday night during off-​sports season. Jeffrey did a great job waiting on us. We ordered calamari and clams and both were excellent ! No frozen –prebreaded fare here. Clams were big and surprisingly tender and flavorful. Calamari was also flavorful with buttery tasting breading. Jeffrey offered a in house homemade chocolate cake with hazelnut frosting which I would have loved to try but was too full! Definitely next time!

All the reviews are right… the staff is great!!! That’s where it ends. We stopped here passing through town and we’re really disappointed. For my boyfriend to not finish his food says it all… he will literally eat almost ANYTHING. The Philly was dry and had NO taste… it needed salt. As a matter of fact EVERYTHING needed salt. The meatballs sub was okay but needed salt. The cheese fries were a mess… undercooked fries under layers of cheese (and grease) with a few sprinkles of bacon. You had to eat them with a fork and knife because the just smushed over when you tried to pick them up. Ugh… I really wish I could say it was awesome cause everyone was so nice… but I can’t! To top it all off… two sandwiches, some cheese fries and two drinks cost 40 buck.

Had some great service! Awesome atmosphere cheap beer! I got the California gobbler and it had a great flavor! This place looks small on the outside but it’s really big! Sandwiches are made with boars head meat! Must check it out!
