When I walked into the store there were only three people working. That seems to be a little short staffed for it being a Saturday. I understand that all of the sales associates were busy helping others and I didnt mind waiting. In fact, I’m glad they were busy making sales and helping people. I was mad because when I walked into the store, no one acknowledged me or bothered saying, «Hi, welcome to AT&T, we’ll be with you shortly. That is the number one rule I learned in sales training. Always welcome the customer. I was already waiting 15 minutes and I probably would have waited twice as long if they would have acknowledged me. This was my first time visiting this store and I no longer want to go back. This matter should be addressed because I’m afraid if the manager is not aware of this then the store might loose more customers.
