My experience with this company spans the last 5 years. They installed four openers in our garage (s) at our home, during construction. I have had them maintain the units annually (annual maintenance is something I STRONGLY suggest to you!). We struggled with a receiver problem on and off… likely due to design and manufacture of the units. Pam stood behind the installation even when the manufacturer wouldn’t-and well beyond normal warranty. They installed the parts that have it working perfectly now and at no fee (I re-emphasis…5 years after original installation). This level of customer service and support is at best uncommon. I have lived for 29 years in the Charlottesville area and have had experience with three of their competitors. .Apple Door Systems Waynesboro, VA stand head and shoulders above their local competition. They are your best option for installation and maintenance.
