I love this very busy bagel shop. It has long lines that move very fast and its staff is efficient and accurate with my orders. The bagels are outrageously tasty and the coffee is good. It’s a bagel store.

I worked here quite a few years ago. The food was always awesome, but the prices are getting a little steep. Just keep in mind that businesses have to buy product before they sell it, so if their prices go up, you can expect the same to happen to yours. With that being said, any given morning the ordering line is usually long, not because of understaffing, but because everyone wants something from the Bagel Stop!!!

The new owners have ruined bagel stop. I will never get bagels from here anymore. the workers are extremely rude and seem as though they don’t want to be there. I’d recommend going to Sam’s bagel or sunrise bagels

This place is in a very convenient location for me. It’s on the way anywhere I go, and I feel like that’s the only reason I ever come here. They’re usually pretty sloppy when they make their sandwiches. Sometimes there isn’t enough cream cheese and sometimes it’s overflowing to the point where there is more cream cheese than bagel. And their Taylor ham sandwiches always seem slapped together, with questionable effort to fully cook the Taylor ham or melt the cheese. The price is right and the location is good, but every time I get a bagel, I am often wondering why I didn’t just make the drive to Sunrise. Oh and P. S. If you speak Spanish, beware of the obnoxious and offensive under-the-breath comments the workers might make not expecting you to understand.

I ate here multiple times a week in high school. The sandwiches/wraps were solid and pretty affordable making it one of my favorite places in Wayne.

Horrible customer service, they care about the $ coming in, whether or not your order is correct, they don’t care. The lady is so B*itchy and rude, it’s unbelievable. I told her over the phone I wanted delivery, and she bluntly said NO and hung up.

Okay, first off I’m biased. I’m from Maryland, we don’t have good bagels. Sure maybe if you’re from Jersey you could argue Bagel Stop doesn’t have good«Jersey bagels» but my god they satisfy my fix. The service is absolutely shotty but given I’m usually either drunk, hungover, or running on negative sleep I find it endlessly entertaining, whether it be the terrifying little woman who works the cash register or the blazed out of his mind guy taking orders. Overall I’ve never been disappointed with what comes out of the back kitchen, they never cheat you on cream cheese, their lox are to die for, and the taylor ham could bring my obese grandma back from the dead for a bite.

This place is good. If you go early in the morning you’re more likely to get fresh bagels. I give it a three because many times they mess up and put too little cream cheese or the bagels feel hard and not fresh. When it’s fresh it’s really good and deserving a 5. But most of the time it’s not that fresh and deserves a 3. Nice workers.

Great bagels but bad service. Also a very crowded area to sit in — they may want to just consider a counter and one table versus a bunch of chairs and tables that you can’t even get into because you can’t fit between the chair and the table. Just a thought. They’re borderline rude, sometimes rude actually. It’s like they’re doing you a favor to help you. And the coffee was cold one time. Other than that, good bagels and convenient.

Conveniently the closest bagel place to my house, so i had to try it. bagels were good; fresh and big. The service was ok, quick, kinda rushed. Place is small, not really a place you’d wanna sit down and eat; more of a take out. Prices are also kinda expensive for your normal breakfast meals. –Don’t take this as a bad review, it is an average place. The competition is just intense for NJ bagel shops, so I’ve surely had better.

This place only cares about volume not quality or service. They are very snotty behind the counter. Additionally I was just there on Sunday, I placed my order and went to pay. I only had a hundred dollar bill. The guy at the register started to make change then said«I am not allowed to take 100’s». They clearly had change. There was no sign that the dont accept 100’s 0r US currency for that matter. I could have paid with credit card but I didnt like how I was talked to. I go at least once a week. If it wasnt for the location they would never survive with the attitudes of the staff. I will drive further and go to Sams by Shoprite… I recently tried it again and the staff still treat you like your doing them a favor. Good food but horrible service.

Don’t listen to these other reviews. When I was younger, Bagel Stop was great. The food tasted great. But in recent years, it’s fallen off big time. All their ingredients are cheap America’s Choice, and other non name brand stuff. Their food has become so bland. Their prices are also ridiculous for their food quality and it keeps going up. I paid $ 8.50 for a chicken salad wrap with cheese and they forgot the cheese. And when the cashier told me the price, I commented, «are you’re prices going up?» and he printed out an itemized receipt and in a rude way slapped the receipt down and condescendingly said«heres your receipt boss.». He’s rude all the time. And their staple food, the bagels and their Taylor ham and cheese is really just not good anymore. This place is a waste of money and it’s a shame what theyve done to the place. I definitely will not be coming here again. And that’s saying something b/c I live 2 blocks away, and now I need to drive across town for decent sandwiches.

Kinda crazy that Bagel Stop doesn’t have any reviews. Anyways, I’m gonna make ordering easy on you: TEC + SPK I honestly* don’t even know if there’s anything else on the menu besides Taylor Ham**, egg, and cheese. Add in some salt, pepper, and ketchup and you’re golden. I know you’re gonna say, «Ketchup? For real?» Trust me, I don’t mess around with breakfast sandwiches. Peter D. said to me one time that he’s really glad he’s not from NJ; I know, crazy, right? The thing is, Pete’s probably never had Taylor Ham. He’s always«bacon this, bacon that», but John Taylor*** is rolling in his grave that such a pork connoisseur as Pete does not know about his gift to the world, Taylor Ham. Next time you guys find yourself in the wonderful place known as New Jersey, get yourself a Jersey Breakfast, you’ll be glad you did. *: I’m lying. But the rest of the menu doesn’t matter. **: ***:

The best bagels outside of NYC. Too bad the service is pitiful.
