It seems to be a trend with Rite Aid stores that no matter which location you visit, they consistantly have horrible customer service.
The most inconvenient-​convenience store out there. With long lines, unhappy employees, and above market pricing, I think it is safe to say that I have completely written off the Rite Aid brand all together.
Get back to basics, guys.

This place is a joke. My some been there since 8:00 pm. Now it’s 10:30pm. He had to wake until a doctor shows up. Really!!! Where is the urgent care part come into play.

The Pharmacy at this location just plain flat out completely suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks!!!
But the rest of the store is fine.

Ok, it’s a chain drug store. but I was there and getting meds from a doc in the box and as an out of towner I felt they were super nice. They asked if I needed assistance to the car (broke ankle which they didn’t catch at the Urgent care btw), asked if I needed any additional help finding my way in town, etc. Customer service was great!
I am an office supply junkie and they had a HUGE selection of sparkly items which made me happy, not to mention way cool toothbrushes. That’s right. I scored a new hello kitty toothbrush. werd!
