I go to the Wayne Red Lobster almost every week and enjoy the service and food. Diana N. has been my waitress a number of times and I would give her an 10PLUS. She know the menu, specials, and everything else. Emily one of the manager is also a valuable and a positive worker. I see her help customers when every necessary. I was there on Feb 5th2016 and had an ID # 8257678259025. Everything was enjoyable(food service and drinks)

While the Resturant is clean and the staff generally nice the food is average at best. The last two times we have been here the food has been so salty it was nearly inedible! Even the staff admit it is so! I appreciate a little seasoning but your food should not taste of just salt! Also, while the staff are pleasant the service is average! If you like salty seafood this place is for you! If not go elsewhere! Not sure we will be back!

It’s a chain, so you probably know what to expect when you come here. My parents always liked this location(not sure why, as maneuvering your way in and out of Rt. 46, especially during high volume traffic hours, can be a nightmare), and especially their cheese biscuits(I think that’s what they’re called). In recent years, though, the portion size has decreased markedly, prices have increased(no big surprise), and the cheese biscuits(if that’s what they’re called) seem tasteless and doughy now. Not terrible, if you want a relatively quick, relatively inexpensive fish dinner, but it used to be better.

I rarely eat at sit down chain restaurants but this one is an exception. My parents(hard to please, trust me) love this spot for all our holidays and celebrations. I’ve discovered better locations before but never had any unpleasant experiences here. Food is consistently good. Obsessed with the free cheese biscuits for the table. My only complaint would be the slow service. The last time we went, our drinks took forever and same with the entrees.

This place has mediocre food, small portions and slow service. Poor quality food with a coupon is still poor quality.

I came here a couple weeks ago for shrimpfest. It was a little bit of a wait as expected cause of a weekend night and the deals going on. That’s not why I give it less stars. I come here sometimes cause I like the food and the cheddar bay biscuits. I am a seafood lover. One of the main reasons I give it less stars is cause we wait so long between placing our order and getting food or even bread. Sometimes it feels like they forget us. This is usually the case, waiting. However this past time and times before that the waitors/waitresses have generally been good as well as friendly.

Ordered lunch and the girl told me it would be 15 min but from the reviews I waited half an hour and then drove to the place, when I got there it still wasn’t ready. Waited about another 10 minutes. Other than that lunch portion is good. I ordered 3 shrimp tacos. It came with rice and 2 biscuits, all for a little over $ 8.

Yeah, I know it’s Red Lobster. I also know that this place doesn’t get great reviews, but my experience was exactly what I was looking for. I was seated in the back where the most awesome waitress greeted us. Her name was special just like her, but she called herself DeeDee. She not only served us and checked on us, she helped us figure out my meal when I was indecisive. She seemed genuinely happy to be our company. The food we ordered was delicious and hot. That part was generic Red Lobster, but it was delicious and hot, who can ask for more? Thank you DeeDee for an awesome date night.

I wish I could give 0 stars waited 45 mins to be seated. Got a waitress that waited on my table 4 times.1 time to take the order which she insisted on reciting rather than writing it down on that lovely pen and pad that was hanging from her apron. She kept getting it wrong so we had to keep saying it. Literally took 5 mins. 2 to bring us salads and biscuits to our table 25 mins after our initial order.3 to bring our drinks that were filled with ice to the top but barely had liquid in them an additional 10 mins after we got our biscuits and salad. 4 to bring us our bill. No refills were inquired about bc we never saw her! Got our food it was poorly seasoned and room temperature in some parts. I will never go back. This place killed my love for Red lobster all together. Will be calling corporate Monday as well as filling out the survey she do kindly pointed out. Save your time, money and taste buds from this bland and under seasoned food. So wrote my review last night woke up this morning and I am sick to my stomach. I think I may have food poisoning. Save your stomach as well.

There was 4 of us. Went in and sat down 2 other tables in the restaurant so wasn’t busy at all. Sat there for 10 minutes and not a soul came to take a drink order or say hi. Looked over at the bar and saw 2 employees just chatting away. We left.:. They didn’t even notice Don’t think they need the business. Won’t be returning.

I enjoyed my food when it finally arrived. Waiter 101 before bringing out the biscuits, you must bring out the beverages 1st. It took awhile for the food to come due to several birthday celebrations. Other than that my waiter was pleasant & the food was delicious!

I actually received partially cooked rice on my plate today. I didn’t complain, but it ruined my entire meal. The place was really cold, and all the plates we used for appetizers were so wet that it was almost gross. The only thing good about my experience was the Caesar salad… but how can you mess that up?

HATEIT!!! Seriously, the customer service is horrible and so is the food! I called ahead for a pick up and they told me 30 min. And it was actually an hour and twenty mins. I waited all of that time and the food was cold and the lobster was over cooked!!! You can say that they lost a customer!

This was my first Red Lobster chain experience. There seemed seem be more activity at 1:00pm on a Sunday afternoon here than other eateries I’ve been to. I’ve never eaten crab before so I ordered the Crabmeat Linguini lunch portion. The Supreme version was offered with crab legs but I wanted to start small. I’m not a big fan of salad but it came with a side of it. Diana brought me my meal and non-alcoholic beverage and often checked in on me. I returned the bread since there was simply too much food. Light adult contemporary music played in the background.

Went to red lobster with my husband and he ordered the lobster on lobster and I ordered the wood fired grilled lobster, shrimp, and scallops. The meals came with two sides and a salad. We also ordered the cocoanut shrimp appetizer. The service was good but the food was not. The lobster on lobster had very tiny pieces of lobster and the sauce was very disappointing. The meat in the lobster tails were about two inches long and thin. The grilled food was just okay. Very bland. The cocoanut shrimp was pretty good. But overall, not a very enjoyable experience. We probably will not be returning.

It’s Red Lobster– and yes worth going. Check for coupons or online deals. Best to check it out during Lobsterfest or other holiday dining.

We found it rather surprising, that a restaurant that boasts seafood and fish should almost rarely mention any fish by name on the menu. It also seems strange to us, that for a restaurant that boasts seafood and fish, there would have to be a separate fresh fish menu. Where were the scallops? Where was the mahi mahi? To compound things, service was very slow, although there were almost no diners at the restaurant. We found that a little bit surprising. Red Lobster seems to have changed quite a bit. Unfortunately, not in the right direction. To us, it’s not worth a second visit.

Brought some one here for a birthday dinner. I’m not a seafood person. But can tolerate it. Today I tried the Habanero shrimp bits and grilled shrimp. If you like food with a kick than this world be your choice. The sauce is sweet with a kick. Like a Asian sauce. I’m always a R.L. brad guy. There cheesy garlic biscuits is always good. Eaten then I’d why I can not finish my meal. The place is low level noise and relaxed atmosphere. Good for groups and some very low playing music I vaguely can hear in the air. The service was excellent today. Theyoung lady who was or waitress was very good and attentive.

Why is this place a two? You know it automatically gets a 3.5 just for the biscuits, regardless of service or location! Came here for a weekday lunch. Now I’ve been here a few time before and I must say our experience here last go-around quite nice. We were greeted by a fun-upbeat manager playing the host for the time being. She sat us down in a booth rightfully so as there were less than 10 parties in the establishment(well from what I scanned walking through front entrance). Our server was great. Took our drink orders and immediately came back with our drinks and basket of biscuits. Totally an added plus if you ask me. I’ve been to some Red Lobsters where don’t even give you the biscuits until you’ve ordered your meals AND then it comes out with your salad. In all seriousness, you don’t need to be holding off on the goodies. Everyone comes to RL specifically for the biscuits. I had questions about the shrimp special I saw on TV and our server was able to show us where it was on the menu. So I had ordered the 30 Shrimp for $ 11.99 and my respective partner order the simply grilled Salmon. Food came out within reasonable time. Plates looked presentable. Food was warm. Vegetables were cooked right. Drinks were refilled as they reached less than a third. Extra napkins were present. All was well with the world.
