We decided to go despite the reviews, and oh boy we should not have! It was a group of 6 or us(3 being children), the food took a ridiculous amount of time to come out the soups and main courses arrived at the same time. The waiter was very nice, but extremely slow and forgetful. Did not get us refills, did not clear things off the table, we had to ask 3 times before getting utensils, I have been to other outbacks many times, and never have experienced this.

Ordered take out. Waited and waited for order to come out to car. Checked slip, paid and went home. Opened takeout bag. Everything was wrong. Nothing in the bag was ours. Called manager. Told him the problem. He said he was sorry and would refund our credit card and send us a gift card. 8 days and nothing. No credit, no gift card. This restaurant is so poorly managed. The food? Who knows? We will not to going to Outback again.

I am only giving it 2 stars because the waiter and the managers were nice. Food was barely mediocre. I have not been to an Outback in many years and now I remember why. This place is very worn.

I’ve been here a number of times for lunch and most of the time, the experience is fine. As for the food, it’s pretty much on par with any other Outback Steakhouse. For lunch, I have my typical go-to items, which include their Alice Springs Chicken, baked potato soup, quesadillas, herb crusted chicken, or the tilapia. And I always enjoy the complimentary bread and butter – sometimes a little too much! Service is generally OK and I can get back in time from lunch. That said, there have been a few times where service was horrible and lunch taking closer to 90 minutes. In one case over the holidays, they clearly didn’t plan for the amount of people that they had, and after 90 minutes, we still didn’t have our food! You would have thought a manager would have come around and apologize, but no. We had to actually ask for the manager, who did eventually agree to comp our meal.

Food was good at the end but I had to send the sirloin Marsala back because it tasted strongly of bleu cheese and I am allergic. They got me another meal — chicken this time — and it was good. Service was slow — it seemed like they were kids by a few servers. On a rainy Wednesday night you would expect the service to be easier. The staff were friendly and helpfully. Better luck to me next time!

How can Aussie fries be served cold? They are fried and put under a broiler! Come on! I like outback usually but made the mistake of coming to this particular location. Our waiter was distracted and looking over our heads for someone or something. He disappeared so we and another table waited and waited… they were smart and complained to the hostess who got them another server but their meals still came out cold so I don’t think it was just our waiter. The kitchen doesn’t know how to expedite the food when they should. We also had to wait 20 minutes for my drink from the bar. I won’t be coming back here until i read better reviews. Waste of hard earned money.

WORST experience! Just had dinner earlier! The waiter made mistake for my steak order! Bring back my order to kitchen and re-grill it/re-cook it using the same steak I had and bring it back to me few mins later with over cook it/burn dark like charcoal! I told the manager even the Starbucks if they make a mistake for your drink, the will throw away the drink and make a new one! The manager arguing this not Starbucks. I know this isn’t Starbucks, that’s why OUTBACK should do better than Starbucks! Do you agree with me? This is not a cheap Food court as well! This is Outback Steakhouse! You should serve customer better than Starbucks or food court! At the end of the day, the manager only charge us for 1 drink in the check, we were appreciated his kindness! But the service totally 1 star! This restaurant receive a lot LOW rating for the service from other Unilocalers! Not only from me! For the manager: Cmon Sir! Something not right with your staff in the restaurant! Wake up wake up!

We have been to this location several times. The first several times, the food was definitely above-average, as was the service. This most recent time, however, was a vast disappointment. It started with the waitress accidentally squirting in the incorrect flavor into my iced tea and then covering it up by squirting extra of the correct flavor to try to cover it up. No big deal for me, especially since it turned out okay anyway, but it was a sign of things to come. It took awhile for the bread to come out, but what was crazy was that we had to wait for another 8 – 9 minutes just to receive our utensils & napkins, although we received one set for her first, then I received my set later! Alright, maybe that was just a fluke. After the bread, it took around 17 – 18 more minutes for our entrees to be brought out. Once the sirloins came out, mine was okay, but not as good as the previous several times. Hers was overcooked, slightly sour, & not even warm. Such a disappointment. Having previously worked in a restaurant, I understand that things can get busy, that things can fall between the cracks, but we really felt ignored, and no manager seemed to care. I don’t know if we will go back to this location specifically, but we haven’t totally given up on Outback as a whole.

Came here because king of Prussia was packed and table times were pushing 3 hours. The hostess(may have been the manager) said 50 minutes, we ended up only waiting 20. Waitress was a little slow but so kind and really nice. Manager ended up making our night by comping the apps as a thank you for waiting.(Again, only 20 minutes) great experience. Will be going to the new location in king of Prussia because everyone was so nice.

Lunch was wonderful. Alice Springs Chicken is very good! …and the Wallabee Darned was AMAZING! Staff was very friendly and service was fast. The only bad thing is getting in and out of the plaza. Outback was great though!

3 stars is really stretching it. I have never, ever, EVER been an Outback fan — but my parents seem to love it there for some reason. Anyhow, a female co-worker/friend suggested it so we went for a very early dinner at 4:30PM. The good part was because we were so early the place was empty and we got decent service. The food? Sub-par at best. The best bite of the night was the steamed broccoli(which was loaded with butter, I think.) Everything is oversalted/overseasoned. I ordered the 10 oz. ribeye, rare — and it was tasty but way, way too salty. Had I known(or remembered — as I have not been to an Outback since 2012) I would have asked for lightly seasoned. Supermarket quality steaks. Definitely not Choice and NOT Prime meats here. It’s a CHAIN, people. The«steakhouse» mac & cheese was a salt lick. Inedible to the point I had to send it back. I asked for plain cavatappi pasta in its place. PLAIN. It came drenched in butter. So if you are like most of middle America and like over-buttered, over-salted, heavily caloric food? This is your place. Meanwhile — we all ate and all survived. I can grill a better steak dinner myself at home. Seriously.

OUtback, as a chain, has dependable quality and reasonable prices. It is good for family dining, but not as a destination steakhouse.

Let’s start off with the walk in. There was no host, so we waited 5 minutes for him to come. He smelled like cigarette smoke. Then we sat down. There was a shot glass sitting right next to us, dirty. I felt so bad for the one server actually trying and having to be around so many people with a bad attitude. Then we had no silverware… The host was walking around on his phone the whole time. Then I was so happy we got the one who actually cared to bring out the food. Then, everything else came out… EXCEPTTHESALAD! The rest of the night just went downhill. I would never recommend this to anyone… Beware of bad service and management!

Management here is an absolute joke. They stand around and don’t cater to anyone. I’ve been coming here for years and since they’ve got a new owner the place has completely gone down the drain. They are ALWAYS running out of items With the exception of a few servers, they all are slow and inconsiderate. This place is a disaster. Definitely will not be returning or recommending to anyone until the management is fixed.

We ordered 4 dinners. We opened the takeout boxes in the office… Guess what? Hearts of mahi got no hearts on it, in fact, got nothing on it! I guess Outback just meant to give us a clear and better view of a piece of dry fish! Chicken on the Barbie? Got no Barbie, but just chicken breast stands alone, dry and stupid in the box! For 4 dinner orders, one piece of bread! And! We are supposed to eat with fingers! No napkin no knife no fork… What a service! Cross Outback off our list!

Slow on a rainy Friday night means no waiting for us! The service was great! The waitress was cheerful and the food was great. Our server knew my burger came well done and asked if that was ok. She wanted to make sure it was right the first time and doing things right the first time is always a big thumbs up in my book. We were really there for the onion. Before we noticed that it was taking a while for the onion to come out the manager came over and let us know the first one burned and it would be another five minutes. I appreciate not only the heads up, but also the honest and fact that they didn’t try to serve us sub par food! Outback has their formula, it works consistently, and it’s super delicious! The fact that this location is within a stones throw of Wegmans seems very scary to me. I’m not sure I’m going to have the restraint to limit myself. They’re going to have to roll me out the door soon.
