Terrible moving company! Close friends used them and movers lost their TV. Who loses a 55″ inch TV? Unless of course the movers steal it! And now the movers aren’t claiming responsibility…

They«lost» our 55″ LED Flat Screen TV. More like someone stole it. DONOT use this company. We just moved from NJ to CA. When the movers came to our house, they discouraged us from getting the insurance because it wasn’t worth paying over 3,000 dollar for plus a 500 deductible. The mentioend that if we didn’t have anything that was an antique it would be cheaper to replace an item than it would to pay the insurance. They had reassured us the chances of something happening to our stuff would be very slim. At any rate– originally the company is very quick to respond to get you to book with them. However, after you have booked, they never return your calls. I have called over a dozen times with no response. They don’t care and have poor customer service. The delivery man delivered everything but our big 55″ TV. So convenient that the biggest item in our shipment somehow got lost and not delivered. The scam is that they won’t replace it if they lost it(unless you pay the ridiculous insurance), so there is not repercussions or limited liability for the company if their employees steal your stuff. Also, the employees who come to pick up your stuff know if you have insurance or not. So they can steal from those without insurance. Also, the delivery guys don’t even ensure they are delivering what they picked up. We had over 200 items, and they don’t count the items to ensure all is there or anything. You have to perform the reconciliation and figure out what is missing yourself. The delivery guys also charge for long walks. We were on the 1st floor in an apartment, so not sure what is considered a long walk. But we were charged 165 dollars more for the long walk. Of course it has to be paid in Cash, so the the delivery guys pocket that as their tip(they don’t document that on the contract). In the end, we are @ssed out of 1500 for a new TV and the company or employer of the company got a TV for 50 bucks cause that’s how much they are going to pay us for the lost TV.

Just wanted to put a review up for no hassle moving. I was trying to decide which moving I wanted to go with I had like six or five different moving company’s calling to get a quote from them. Then I had Sarah from no hassle give a quote she was a very nice lady and gave me a far price I was moving from CT to FL they told me I had 1000 cu/ft which was going to be a total of 3,300. Upon booking with them I had to put 10% deposit which was a told of 330 then at pick 60% would be do and the other 30% at delivery. Which sounded okay. My pick date was on 10÷1÷13 a day before my move Sarah called me to let me know that the men were going to arrive between 7−9am. So the men got to my place at 9:30am they were a little late. I had a formen named max he told me that they are going to take about 4 hours to load the truck so they got started and they load up the truck in 6 hours and ened up having 900 cu/ft. A week later the driver to FL called and let me know that he would be arriving at 12pm to off load my stuff. They off load everything, and they damaged some boxes but nothing was broken so I didn’t really care as long as they got here safe. They only problem I had is that they scarched my floor.

Great service! Used these guys on a move from CT to NJ and everything went smoothly. Workers are extremely friendly and their prices are lower than any other moving company in the area that I received estimates from. I highly recommend them!
