There are two factors which differentiate one Gamestop from another, customer service and game selection. As far as service goes, this location is par for the course. The game selection however is terrible. I did not find anything worth buying. Sorry, Wii shovelware and the past 5 editions of Madden don’t do it for me. I don’t blame the people that work there, but I can’t recommend this particular store.

Willowbrook used to host a whopping 4 Gamestops — Believe it or not. One by the food court, one outside near the lencrafters, one by Victoria’s Secret, and one on the top level near Bloomingdales. The best one was the one by Bloomingdales. It went out first. Followed by the one outside, and then the one by the food court. They were all removed. We are now down to 1 Gamestop — The one by the Victoria’s secret, and it’s the only one that has over time been consistently considered the worst. The layout is cluttered and awful, the store is cramped, and since it’s near both Victoria’s Secret and Old Navy you end up with a lot of stray kids in this store being baby sat by the demo kiosks. The employees here seem to be in a bad mood more often than not. I’m not entirely sure why. I’d assume it’s because of the crowded environment. Likewise the store always appears dirty. Otherwise it’s a Gamestop, albeit a poorly laid out one. It would have worked much more to their advantage to keep the one by the food court open — It was definitely the better of the two.
