Staff here is always super friendly, super quick and food is consistent and delicious. Can’t ask for much more, place is also always clean too. I’ve been to a few five guys and while they’re all really good, this one is the best, hands down!

They’ve always gotten my order right and I’ve never had any real problems with the store cleanliness or overcrowding, but one thing is for sure when it comes to the entire company: it is way overpriced. A bacon cheeseburger is like $ 8 with tax! Granted there are unlimited toppings, but if you have simple tastes like myself and just get ketchup and mustard with not even a bun, $ 8 for two patties with some cheese and bacon is pricey, even if it is delicious. Another thing about this location is that they take FOREVER to complete an order these days. Despite the drawbacks, though, I do still come here regularly.

Ventured here on 12.13.15… greeted kindly by employee, cashier was alert and made sure to get the order correct, only waited 5 minutes or so, food was excellent! Competent employees and delicious food!

Please hire people that are less miserable. All three of them looked like they were sooooo miserable that they were there. This location used to be fantastic. They all just stared at me for a few mins at the online order pick up and one of the smart guy asks me «Here for a pick up?» Maybe. I have been waiting at the pickup section for few mins while you all ignored me… What do you think? SPOILER: when a customer goes to pick up your overpriced burgers, acknowledge that they are there instead of staring at them and just walking away.

I’ve been to Five Guys all over the East Coast since they’ve opened. A lot of people moan and groan about how expensive they are and how they could go to McDonald’s and get 10 McDouble’s for the price of one of their hamburgers. That’s fine and by all means, if you enjoy paper thin, artificial, watered down burgers, knock yourself out. Not me. I don’t eat burgers often but when I do, it’s got to be Five Guys. Made to order, fresh ingredients. I’ve yet to be disappointed. I was compelled to write this review after my experience last night. We walked in at 9:45 pm, fifteen minutes before they closed, thinking we were going to get dirty looks and attitude from the employees. Lucky for us, we were treated well and allowed to dine in and enjoy our meal.

Since 422 traffic is usually between me and Elevation Burger, I’ve resolved that Five Guys is my more available and reliable number two! Their regular cheeseburger is $ 6.79, which means two patties. They use the equivalent of yellow«singles» cheese, not really cheese, but this is my favorite anyway. Endless complimentary toppings including mushrooms, onions, condiments, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, jalapeño. Complimentary self serve peanuts available in big boxes within the store. Folks with allergies beware! Five Guys has also recently began to offer«little» fries. Yesssaahh! Because the regular was always way too generous. They can be ordered plain or with zesty Cajun seasoning. Atmosphere is pretty plain. Tiled floors and regular tables.

The service here was amazing. Everyone in this place was extremely friendly and made sure they got my order right. The cooks were attentive and even offered me fries, free of charge. I didn’t accept them because o don’t eat fries but none the less the offer was generous. Absolutely amazing service. Cashier, cooks, managers, everyone just extremely friendly and attentive.

Usually a hit, but sometimes a miss. I typically really like the burgers and made to order is great. A couple times they really overcooked my burger and it became too tough for me. I know they cook well done, but occasionally it is a bit burnt. Good fries that have some bulk to them(not as thick as steak fries), which I like because I do not like thin fries. The fries are greasy, but the bag soaks some of that up. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. I like to call ahead, so I do not have to wait long and they have always been friendly on the phone as well. Really hits the spot when you are in the mood for a big greasy burger and fries.

My first time to Five Guys was here almost 4 yrs ago. I fell in love with the melt-in-your-mouth buns and the array of veggie options! Have had it in washington state too and it is still the best here. not sure why, but it just tastes better here.

My first time at this location and I will be back. A lot of regulars seem to be coming in and the staff all start cheering and calling them by their names. I may introduce myself as Princess Consuela Bananahammock the next time I am here. Anyway, after some awesome service by the cashier, we settled down at a table and got our drinks. Our number was called and that person was even friendlier than the cashier. The manager must audition and require nice smiles to work here! The food is awesome. The burger was great(I got the little bacon cheeseburger, which is really not little). The fries were great and cooked the way I like them. This place is spotless, too!

Congrats Five Guys on getting me to write my first review! I have been to this Five Guys multiple times and have always had issues ordering at this particular location. From them never answering the phone for pick up orders, to the food being cold and the food taking forever this experience on sunday takes the cake. We ordered online for pick up at 12:10 and arrived to pick up at 12:15. When my friend went in to pick up the food, he realized after sitting around for 10 minutes they hadn’t even started making our food yet. After another 20 minutes waiting around and seeing other people order and get their food before us(we were order #32 and they were calling #‘s well into the 40’s, my friend came out and let me know he was still waiting. I then went in to see what was going on and miraculously our food was ready. The guy handing me my food said«sorry about the wait» to which i replied«why even bother ordering ahead?» to which he replied«believe me if i had a different manager this wouldnt be happening». Almost immediately a scruffy, tattooed hood rat teenager behind him started yelling«WHATSTHEPROBLEM» «YOUGOT A PROBLEM» and i told him«whats the point of ordering ahead if you guys are just going to make the food when i show up» to which he replied«HAVE A NICEDAYSIR» in a very aggressive manner trying to dismiss and get me out of the restaurant. 5 minutes later when we got home we find the food(4 burgers and a large fry) to be bone cold. I will never eat food from this particular five guys again. They obviously have management problems, and the people they choose to hire are obviously hood rats from the city who couldnt give a crap about providing decent service. Every single time i have ordered from this establishment something has gone wrong with either my order being wrong, the time it took, or the attitude of the employees in general. This is the straw that broke the camel’s back.

I’ve been to more than 1 five guys in my time… honestly can say NOONE has a better service crew. Not only are the overly attentive and nice to me every time I come in, on multiple occasions they are nice and attentive to EVERYONE! I’m not sure if this is a franchise or not,(assume it is), if so the owner should know that you’re crew are amazing and the reason why I come time and agin. Please, PLEASE keep up the great work… by the way, for the record, the burgers are the best $ 7-$ 10 burger you can get!

I don’t eat here(I don’t eat fast food) but my son does. He loves it. I felt compelled to write this review though because I was taken aback by the service. The gentleman who took my order and the gentleman who fulfilled my order were terrific. I felt like I was at a mom and pop restaurant, not a chain. Keep up the great work!

Agree with one of the other reviewers. Like him, also came late at night, around 9 pm. Again, it was the B-Team we got, not the A-Team. No customers were there, but it took 20 minutes to complete our order of 2 burgers and small fries. Fries were terrible, obviously cooked at too low a temperature: soggy, slightly undercooked, the same way I screw up the fries at home. By far the worst Five Guys I have been to. Workers were having casual conversation; one clocked out while I was there. The place obviously needs some more active management. Maybe service is better for lunch? Also, as the other reviewer said, place was kind of filthy; pretty obvious noone had been cleaning the tables. I don’t think I am going back. I felt sorry for the couple and the guy that came in after us. I dined in, and they were still waiting for their order by the time I had finished my food and was leaving.

This was the first five guys I ever went to and since then I have are my way into a comma many times. If you eat here you are going to have the most mouthwatering pricy burger. I hope you don’t plan on doing anything else after your dinner date though because soon the peanuts, burger juices, and Cajun fries are going to enter your bloodstream and take you out like a bear shot with a tranquilizer. Hibernation shall ensue.

I’m in Philly on business. Great Unilocal reviews led me here and I will be back but just not that often. $ 14 for a burger fries and soda is steep in my book(even if it was a great burger). Wish they had milkshakes. And now I know to order a SMALL fries as they really load you up on them. Had Cajun fries this trip so next trip will be regular to see how they compare.

Just eat here. Stop reading this, get in your car or on your horse or riding mower. Go here, eat burger and fries and spend the next few hours rubbing your stomach as if you are pregnant with a food baby.

I love these burgers, but could care less for their fries. I know many of my friends love their fries, but they are not crispy enough for my liking. But no biggie, cause I can easily fill up eating their burgers. The little burgers come with one patty while the standard burger comes with two. I usually go with the little bacon cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, ketchup, and pickle relish. For drinks, they now have one of those Coca-Cola Freestyle machines which lets you make like over 100 different types of sodas my mixing just about anything you would like. They also have a few different teas available as well. Place gets pretty crowded during lunch hours but they push the food out pretty quickly. The only downside is the location as I really find getting in and out of the Gateway Shopping Center along with finding a parking place to be a real PITA.

Sooo, lunchtime brought a dilemma as I pulled into the very full parking lot, there’s 2 chains within 50 yards of each other, should I be virtuous and have my soup and salad at Panera, or pack on the cals at Five Guys? Another stomach growl gave the answer. Five Guys is a fast-food burger chain which has won several awards in many local newspapers and it scores consistently high marks in user-rated forums as well. The burgers are juicy and hot, they make them to order, no heat lamps here! Lots and lots of toppings including fried onions and jalapenos. I had hot sauce, lettuce and pickles today. The fries are incredible, and usually so hot that you might need to wait a minute or 2. They do not peel the potatoes before cutting them, so many of them have skin on them, which lets you know that these are real potatoes. They cook them in peanut oil, which gives them excellent flavor. The smallest fries size you can get is so big you could share it with 3 people! Love Five Guys, it leaves other chains far in the dust.
