I must say the selection here is decent for us fellas!
The mens section is like 2 – 3 aisles, but you can luck up and find something stylish for an awesome price. I agree that sizes can be hit or miss here, but it’s not something to deter me. The sales/​clearance racks for men can be heart wrenching though… If you have a popular shoe size — you’ll have to keep laser focused attention to get your deals.
All in all, I’m a fan!
Ohhh side note, they do offer free shipping to the store in case you find something online. Enjoy folks.

Very very busy! It’s almost like they are giving shoes away… Pretty good sales too. I also like that they’ll order a pair of shoes for you at the register if they don’t have your size available… And free shipping!

I’m a regular customer here and always loved their variety, however today I was really annoyed. I received a gift card from one of my clients so decided I wanted to use it today. The gift card would not swipe, so their system told them to manually key in the gift card number. I was told by the manager it was their policy not to key in numbers because of credit card theft. I totally understand that, and appreciate their concern with people stealing credit cards. But a gift card??? I ended up paying with my debit for the shoes then going to another dsw location, returning the shoes and re purchasing the shoes with the gift card. The card would not swipe again, but they manually punched in the numbers and it worked fine. Just ridiculous

Huge shoe store with plenty of staff able to help with just about anything. First off– they have a wide selection of wide calf boots. It’s definitely the biggest selection I have ever seen. Besides boots they have everything from flip flos to stilettos. Huge sneaker section. My favourite shoe store so far

Mostly good quality shoes. Had an issue once with returning something and didn’t get my points but customer service helped after I had to practically fight with them; anyway this store has a good selection but online they have more but at least in here you get to try on…

Totally awesome. Sis, mom, and I got four pairs of shoes total for less than $ 200, and that includes three pairs of sneakers! Store has an impressive selection and is well organized. I loved finding Nike sneakers for less than $ 35!

I know their prices are really good but has anyone really taken a step back and realized that the prices are low because the styles are so yesterday? I mean, don’t get me wrong, I don’t care if it’s out of style, if I like it, I buy it. But the reason it’s less expensive it’s because they are discontinued or towards the end of their life cycle. With this all said, I still shop here for sneakers and once in a blue moon for shoes. Their men’s section is tiny compared to the women’s. It’s ok though, women love their shoes!
You are usually on your own and I like that all their stock is out on the floor so you don’t have to flag someone down to go find a size for you. The flipside is there is rarely someone around to assist you but it’s ok with me. I am a big boy I know how to find stuff.
What’s frustrating is when I really like a style chances are they don’t have my size… booo…
I still like you DSW… and thanks for the coupons.

A decent selection, but the help on the floor was nonexistent. Like all DSWs, the prices were magnificent, but the range of sizes was not great. Essentially, five out of the six designs I picked for myself were not in stock. I believe my wife had the same experience. I did buy one pair of shoes and 9 pairs of socks. My wife, however, after nearly two hours of shopping, found none of what she sought in her size.
