The office staff behaved unprofessionally. They accepted my name and number, and indicated that I would receive a call back. I called ½ hour before closing when I had not heard from them, to let them know that I would not be available until the next day. It was specifically stated that I should call back the next day after 3:00 pm. 25 minutes later(after I had shut off my phone), the same person left me a message – telling me to call the next day. Apparently she did not remember that we had spoken less than ½ hour earlier. When I called the next day after 3:00, I got the answering machine. Left my number at the beginning and end of the message, but still did not receive a call back. Look, either they’re accepting new patients or they’re not. They should at least treat people who are struggling to get help with some respect. How can one trust that the care will be good if the office is in such chaos?
