I have bought two pairs of high end glasses at Weston Optical and have been very satisfied with the great service and excellent selection of frames and lens options. New location down the road is even more convenient. Premium pricing but the service is unmatched.

Weston Optical stands behind their glasses, even fixing my pair of Lindberg after the dog chewed them. The staff are the best from selection to fitting and repair. They are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. Good as it gets. We will always get our glasses here.

I got my first Google Glass last month. While Google suggested that I go to one of the approved providers I chose to go to Weston Optical where I know and trust the people and am glad I did for they know me and they know my eyes.
The Google frames are rather limited in styling but, of course, that is not the point. Despite the newness of the whole thing, getting prescription lenses installed and Google Glass operational was a breeze.
I was very worried about the lens part of this but Weston Optical made it a non-​event. What was supposed to take two weeks took one.
They know what they are doing.

This is a family business, and they definitely treat you like family. I deal with son Jesse, who grew up in the business and is carrying on a tradition of trusted, professional advice. They don’t try to sell you the most expensive frames; just what’s right for you. You can certainly buy cheaper frames — or frames, cheaper — elsewhere, but the level of service, both before and after the sale, is unsurpassed. That makes a difference, when you go in, periodically, to get frames checked/​adjusted at no charge. They’re not trying to make a sale, they’re trying to build a relationship. They have great frames, of course. I don’t know if the selection is «big» or «small,» but I’ve certainly never had a problem finding something that looks great, feels great, and gets lots of compliments!

I have been a customer of Weston Optical for at least twenty years. Ten years ago, when I bought my «new titanium frames», I was told they were indestructible and they would long outlast me.
Since the frames were a small fortune, I was very pleased to hear it.
This week. one of the arms of my «indestructible» frames broke in half. When I took them back to Weston Optical, I was told the proprietors would never say frames would last forever and then I was charged $ 150.00 for the repair.
Weston optical was defensive, borderline hostile and now I feel that instead of having been sold indestructible frames, I was sold a bill of goods.
They have lost me as a long time customer and I am eager to get the word out about this unpleasant incident.

I regularly read Unilocal reviews but have never posted a review until now. I decided to go to Weston Optical because of the positive Unilocal reviews. The optician I normally went to retired and I needed to find a new place for glasses. I ended up browsing at two different optical stores, and Weston Optical was by far the best. Not only is there a large selection of frames, but the service is wonderful. Another reviewer used the word ‘impeccable’ – I could not agree more. Russell was very attentive and helped me in the selection of frames. I was not rushed at all. Because of my complicated prescription, I was concerned about getting the prescription ‘right’— the final result is that I am thrilled with my new glasses – they look and feel great. My son also bought glasses here and was very happy with both the selection and service. It doesn’t get better than Weston Optical.

i have a tiny, narrow face. the people here will try endless pairs of glasses on me until i find the one that feels right, and then adjust them for me any number of times without complaint. they also brought my titanium-​frame glasses back from the dead after i stepped on them.

THis is the only place to go for glasses. I live in Boston and I travel out to Weston Optical to fill my eyeglass prescriptions. I have a complicated prescription and tried other businesses with horrible results.. As another reviewer said… «you get what you pay for». You get high quality service in a family owned business with staff that knows how to fit your glasses in every way.

It had been over 8 years between visits to Weston Optical, and rarely has the cliché «you get what you pay for» been more appropriate. In the interim, I had been to two small operations and one well-​known chain, all with sub-​optimal results. You should expect to pay top dollar, but what you will receive in return is the one-​to-​one service of a knowledgeable, family-​owned business. You can expect high-​quality merchandise and patient, individualized attention when selecting a frame, a style, or a lens option. Knowing that the business has been passed down from father to son lets me know that Weston Optical will be there for my eyecare needs for a good long time to come.

Don’t know why I have not written a review before. I have shopped here for many years. This is a family owned business and now the youngest waited on me today. Service and selection is immpeccable. They have all the latest designers and have the knack for finding the best pair for you, which isn’t easy when you start out with obout 20 frames. They explain everything in great detail and will replace anything if it isn’t to your liking. They adjust your glasses for as long as you own them. Parking and location is a breeze.

My two children need glasses, and they are patient with both of them. They have a few small toys for the kids to play with also. The glasses are wonderful; and they keep the paperwork, so if the child breaks the glasses, they help with the warranty. Great customer service. We go in often to have the glasses adjusted. I totally recommend them.

Family owned, not a chain, this is a small eyewear store with a great selection of high end eye wear. Old school customer service, as in they help you until you have what you need. It’s so much fun going in there. When I work with Jesse he takes the time with me. I am a daily glasses wearer and get stopped in the street with «I love your glasses, where did you get them.». It’s no pearl vision so if you want the factory style in and out this is not for you. But if you’re into style, quality and looking good, go here. Yes it’s expensive but the glasses are on my face all day long and I’m worth it.
