Supercuts

Very disappointed with the Wayland store. I’ve walked in three times so far each time there has been more employees and customers and the standard response is a 25 to 30 minute wait. I think the employee should spend less time in the breakroom less time smoking cigarettes and more time cutting hair

Best location I have been to, all really good stylists– especially Erica. Moderately priced and always a good result.

So far, this location produces the best quality haircut. I was going to the framingham location for a while, and was not getting consistent quality cuts. I decided to try out the Sudbury location a few times and found the quality to be better but they don’t talk very much and you end up just sitting there. kinda awkward. I noticed they opened a new Wayland location in the new shopping plaza, so I decided to give them a try. I’ve been there 3 times now and have not been disappointed. They seem to produce quality cuts every time, friendly and talkative make the experience enjoyable. I’ve found my new spot.

Supercuts to the rescue! I’ve been growing my hair out for some time in hopes of donating it to Locks of Love.
However the ends still need some clean up. I went once and spend over $ 50 plus tip so I’ve started looking around.
It’s been a month and I’ve gotten 2 other places willing to cut a half inch to an inch off from between $ 45 to $ 65. Really?
Okay next I went to a barbershop but they only cut men. Urrr so someone at work mentioned Supercuts and I remembered driving by this location after getting groceries.
1) They were Opened! 5 stars for no random sign on the door during regular business hours
2) They take walk ins
3) $ 15.95 for a haircut
4) Fast service. My dead uneven mop was trimmed up with a half inch taken off in about 10 mins.
5) Kylie and Erika were pleasant and easy to talk to.
6) It was 7:15 when I got there and they close at 8 and got warmly greeted. This was so nice as some places see customers as an inconvenience.
7) Got some conditioning product for my straw like hair at a decent price. With the receipt if I don’t like it.
Okay thumbs up for Supercuts. Why not 5 stars well it was a trim and not a full wash cut and style so I’ll be back.
The space is nice bright and clean as the complex is brand new. I can see it getting busy here with good reason.
Oh free parking right out front unlike being in the city or downtown.
