Yummy breakfast sandwiches and muffins. Delicious coffee. Easy to miss, so look for the bank on the right.

Their coffee is to die for, rich flavored brewed into the beans instead of added with syrups. Iced French toast mixed with hazelnut is a revelation! Get muffins and cupcakes, their veggie cream cheese is delicious too. On weekends you can get a muffin grilled up with butter – perfect treat.

Stopped in for breakfast sandwiches. Ordere at counter then sell seat. Pretty good for microwaved eggs. Kind of pricey but fresh. The pastries, muffins and bagels looked AMAZING… maybe next time.

I have never been let down once when I have gone in. I usually ask them for a recommendation and it is exactly what I needed! My favorite is the hot chocolate!

I like this place a lot… I’ve had a variety of things from here over the past year or so. 1. Baked goods are freaking awesome. The fruit tart in particular was delicious. I bought a big apple one last fall, brought it to work and it was a HUGE hit. 2. Muffins — specifically the blueberry are delicious. 3. Flavored coffee — while some are better than others, it comes down to having a lot of choices and these guys have a lot of choices. I specifically love the snickerdoodle. 4. Breakfast sandwiches — good! Made in the microwave but they are tasty enough. Nice local stop — go for the baked goods over anything else. :-)

Pay way too much for barely any cream cheese on a bagel and it’s burnt, on top of that the coffee wasn’t even filled the whole way. Disappointed

Really good breakfast sandwiches and muffins! Their iced coffee is the best in town. Tons of flavors and no nasty syrups added! The morning rush can be a bit slow if you are ordering sandwiches, but I generally think it’s worth it. If you don’t have the time, just grab a muffin and an iced coffee!

I go there every morning before work for a bagel and a coffee! I love the wide variety of flavors for their coffees. However, I am not a fan of the other drink options they offer(but that just might be my own taste). Their pastry items are pretty good as well! The frozen dough is very yummy but a little on the sweet side.

Havent yet tried the food but the Coffee is amazing! And cheaper than chain coffee spots. The bananas foster coffee is delicious and not flavored with artificial syrups!

A friend introduced me to this place. I was very impressed. It’s a cute little café that has everything you could want for lunch. We’ve gone there for lunch a few times now. I’ve had most of their sandwhiches and smoothies. I can’t wait to try the muffins. The seating area is always nice and quiet and not crowded like the Starbucks and the other bagel place across the street.

Yummier and half the price of neighboring Einstein, brugers or panera. Delish muffins, baked goods, and bagels.

This places is defintley a HIDDEN jewel! Their are never long lines because the people behind the counter are wicked fast and they know what they are doing. They are very friendly and speak and understand english not like some of the national chains that service up mocha coffee when you ask for a choclate donut. The coffee here is far better than those national chains. The blueberry muffins are much better than Jordan Marsh and Jordan’s Furniture and you don’t need to look for the blueberries becuase they are everywhere. The food is always fresh and priced accordingly.

What a great little place. One thing I’ve always thought about most coffee shops is the food was lacking. Either there’s not enough sandwich options or the baked goods are lacking, but Beyond Beans has it all. Since it’s part of a restaurant there’s plenty of food to choose from, and the baked good are AMAZING. Definitely the best around. The manager, who bakes everything himself, previously owned a bakery, so he really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommended!

Delicious! We stopped on our road trip thanks to previous Unilocal reviews and we were happy we did. The Chicken Fajita panini, Honey Mustard Turkey panini, Buffalo Chicken wrap, Whipped Mocha frozen drink, and Spiced Chai Tea Latte were to die for! The sweets were calling my name but sadly I resisted… although I could easily have eaten those monstrous blueberry muffins for my lunch instead!

I love this hidden gem as there is never a line(more than one or two patrons), the coffee is delicious and service prompt and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the baked goods(especially muffins) are so light and delectable I’m tempted to indulge each time I return.

So I definitely couldn’t find this place for the longest time but now that I have I am a fan! It’s the back of JJ McKay’s that is close to Donelan’s, and while it’s still nice out, you can sit outside. They have a great selection of coffee and different cookies, muffins and treats(all of which I tried were solid) and although I didn’t have any of their food — bagels, sandwiches, etc. — I will definitely be returning to do so! Great to just stop by quickly or spend a little time there, my friend went back for seconds and they even refilled her coffee. Overall a very cute place and I hope they stay put!

Some of the best baked goods I’ve had in a long time! I had a cookie which was so delicious that I gluttonously went back and ordered a cupcake to split with my friend. They also gave me a free refill on my tasty iced tea. The desserts were not overly dense or too filling and everything was very high quality. There’s a little fireplace and lots of comfortable seating. I’d go out of my way for this place. Prices were decent, too.

Horay for Beyond Beans! When I was in high school in Wayland, Main Street café was the BEST breakfast and lunch place in town, and I was totally bummed when stupid, expensive, obnoxious Donelan’s kicked them out of their space and Main Street closed. Well, it has essentially been re-opened! New space, same plaza… same ownership, much of the same menu. I’ve been here twice since they opened, and both times was really good. The first time my brother and I split two brownies, both of which were great(the oreo brownie is especially recommended). The second time, I got a breakfast sandwich with spinach and feta and an iced coffee. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good, it was a little lame that it was on plain wheat toast(I expected a bagel, for some reason) and the feta disrtibution was weirdly uneven, with some bites being almost all feta, but it was still pretty good. I asked for decaf hazelnut coffee, which they had a sign for but didn’t actually have. But most of their flavored coffee comes from syrup, of which they have like 15 choices, so I’m still pretty impressed and will come by on a day I want caffeine to try more. What always impressed me about Main Street, and they have continued to do at Beyond Beans, is that they do not use deli meat in any sandwiches. If you order a turkey sandwich, they actually carve the meat from a turkey roasted in-house, same with the ham… they really put in the effort. I’m excited to go back and try more. They’re fairly new and seem like they may have a few tweaks to make before they find that perfect groove, but for now they’re doing pretty effing good.
