A bunch of high school kids working there that don’t know what they’re doing. My car was still dirty after being ran through the car wash. My car looked like it wasn’t even Vacuumed after I had paid for it.

I love Auto Bell:) I always get the managers special and for 29.99 I can’t beat it.
The staff always takes exceptional care of me, and my truck looks like a brand new chariot when I’m done.

Consistently bad. If a competitor ever comes to town, they’re in trouble. If you pay $ 30 on their «manager special» you should at last get a good vacuum, and clean windows. When you ask them to correct issues, it’s a problem.

I love AutoBell! But today was different. I drove through for $ 4, and I don’t think they had cleaned the brushes well, because when I left and returned home, there were wide, brush-​stroke scratching down the passenger side of my white 2011 Sienna van. I am thinking about selling the van, so I am SUPER in tune with every nick/​scratch on my vehicle… this was not done in a parking lot by a cart, or me, or anyone else. I have read on forums where this has happened to white SUVs before, and AutoBell never owned up to it and claimed it was there before they drove through. I love AutoBell, but to retain my business, I hope they can do something for me. Thanks!
Update: Management has already been in contact with me. So far so good. Way to go, AutoBell!

I went yesterday to get the full service wash, mainly because the exterior of my car was dirty & I really needed a good dusting and vacuuming of the interior. My outside looks shiny. But the floors looked exactly like they did when I dropped it off. I ended up having to vacuum it myself when I got home. The doors were still dirty too. I feel like I only got an exterior wash. I’m not happy about this service at all. At the this point I’m not wasting my money again. I only stopped since it was on my way home & in a convenient location. Next time I might as well just take it to Wiki-​Wiki or the gas station.

Been here three times and each is bad. Last time I got my wife’s car home and could see gummy residue on the doors. Not sure if they don’t clean the auto scrubbers but they should. There is armor all over them or they use wiping rags wrong. It took me two hand washes to get it off. I usually hand wash our cars so I know the deal.
On the last occasion there was no one there and they did a terrible job vacuuming the inside.
Place is packed on weekends so I’m not sure why those people settle for a $ 30 poor wash job. I would pay $ 5 for their service.
My advice is to ride down the street to the BP station and pay $ 8 for the autowash and do the vacuum yourself for $ 2.

I’ll never take my car back there ever again! When they dry down my car I see nothing but lint all over also they didn’t vacuum right the 1st time so I told him I still got grass in my car, as I was driving home I’ve notice my door wasn’t clean also my windows wasn’t clean in the inside. I’ve called talked to Ryan he said bring my car back and they can redo it which I did as I was watching this man dry down my car he used the same rag to clean my inside windows with no windex. When I got home I had to clean the window also used car cleaning products, sad part lint all over my car 2nd time.
