Service was awful– there was only one person in front of me, and yet it still took the 7 workers 15+ minutes to make me a plain latte and a cup of water. One of the baristas made a face at me when I reminded him about my water after getting my latte.
The bathrooms were disgusting, and there wasn’t any soap– this makes me question the hygiene of the actual workers. I’m just thankful for having my own hand sanitizer!
Also– I’ve never encountered this at other locations– one of the baristas asked each customer how to make their drink, even though it was written on the cup.
I am so dissatisfied with this location– this seems like a badly managed branch.

I’m not a huge coffee drinker but I dabble at Starbucks from time to time. I prefer to get their frappucinos, Java Chip is my fave (you can still order it). I tend to find that their lattes and macchiatos are not that sweet. I recently got the caramel macchiato and wondered where the caramel was. It was kind of disgusting bc it was not sweet.
I also like their refreshers, those are pretty good.

The service here gives Starbucks a bad name. I love getting my Mocha Chip Frappé but not familiar with the hot coffee since I am not big on coffee. They made me feel like a complete idiot bcz I say small, med, large instead of benti and all that other bullshit when ordering a Caramel Latte for my fiancé. I do this at all locations but this one feels the need to rudely correct you.
