If I could give zero stars for this attorney office I absolutely would.
Avoid these people at all cost. They swindled me out of nearly $ 400.
Once I paid them I did not hear anything back from them for nearly 6 weeks.
I called to ask for the progress of my traffic case.
They told me that my court date was in a few weeks and to follow up with them after this date.
I contacted the attorneys’s office a few days after this date.
Once I called and asked about the status of my case I was told that the date I was given was a mistake on their part. They said that I still did not have a court date.
These people are dishonest and not ethical.

absolute worst traffic lawyer ever… spent money to avoid a $ 200 seatbelt violation in which we had our seatbelts on. not only did they fail to dismiss the ticket stating «there were no technicalities that were grounds for dismissal», we still had to pay $ 177 for court fees + the lawyer fees of $ 110. In total $ 287 to do nothing but prolong the headache.
oh yeah, let’s not forget they don’t respond to e-​mails to indicate they’ve received the supporting documents or answer the phone.

They are very unprofessional and will just take your money. Please avoid them at any cost. My case from 2009 is still not resolved and court issued an arrest warrant.

I got a speeding ticket in September 2009. My husband found this lawyer and paid them to take care of it. It is now March 2011, and it just got resolved.
While I’m sure some of the delay was because of the City, this law office wasn’t exactly dynamite.
They had my name wrong, called me Mr. (My Middle Name) …and I’m a girl. Keep in mind, they submitted the incorrect name to the city. Then they had the nerve to tell me I gave them an incorrect name when they’ve had my driver’s license from the beginning, which is about as clear as you can get.
They never return phone calls, even after promising to call you back. This has happened about 8 times during the 18 MONTHS it has taken them to get this speeding ticket resolved.
I know a speeding ticket doesn’t rank very high on the list, but if that’s one of the services they provide, I would expect them to at least attempt to do a good job of it.
Now I am waiting on them to send me closing documents, something they said they’d do over a month and a half ago (along with the promise to call me back).
So if you want a lawyer who treats you like you don’t matter, won’t call you back, blames you for their mistakes, and thinks it’s ok to let things drag on for a year and a half, then by all means, hire Robin Cole Lane — Lawyer.
