First time using service. Sold my iPad 2, didn’t get as much as I thought hence the 4 instead of 5 stars but no fault of theirs just my own problem. Shane was my buy back tech, very punctual, even was there early! Very professional and knowledgeable. Met at local McDonalds and wiped out my sensitive info and had my Visa cash card quick! Used this service for the first time with my wife’s cracked iPhone 5. My tech was Shane Howard. It was quick, most communication was via text. Shane picked the phone up, brought it back next afternoon. It looks great. Quick, easy, affordable, and best of all worked with my schedule and communication habits (texting most info). I highly recommend.
