Is it a five star establishment? Not by a long shot. This is my families second summer to spend at Hilltop Lanes and we couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is friendly and helpful, the kids have fun, the food is definitely…“bar food” I guess you would call it lol and the sweet tea is not too sweet. They have leagues for kids and adults, a juke box that will play as long as you can feed it, and laughs for days! It’s not the nicest looking bowling alley around, but it is a nice family friendly establishment that you can enjoy making some memories within. Just taught our kids to play pool there after a couple rounds of bowling! They did awesome and were so excited. #memories

Absolutely awful. Terrible service every single time. Don’t know anyone that enjoys this place. But if you’re looking to get insulted by the employees at a less than decent bowling alley, Hiltop Lanes is the place for you.

Mediocre bowling alley. The person who gave me my shoes was an older man who was completely rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Why did you give me bowling shoes if none of the lanes were open? Do not yell at your paying customers. I’ll drive to Ennis or Arlington to bowl next time.

Came here with my family for a birthday party. Dawn was extremely rude to me and my kids. I told her what size they were, she insisted they were a different size and then we had to exchange the shoes because they were too big, shocking. I set my drink down on the side of the pool table, she was extremely rude when she told me to move it, now. My boys didn’t want to bowl with a pink ball and they were told too bad and they had to. I don’t understand why she would be in charge of kids birthday parties when she clearly hates people and her job. This is my first and last time I will be coming in. I would rather drive further for a better quality establishment and service.

This is a great place in hachie. Great bowling and a surprisingly great café. Definitely try the patty melt, it won’t leave you hungry.
