over a year ago i had to rent a car from enterprise. some one backed into to it and enterprise said it did more damage than it
insurance paid for it, yet they sent me a bill for it. i fail to understand why our government allows a company to be in business

Booked a car online for this location twice.
First time I couldn’t find it and everybody at dealership sent me somewhere else on property
Finally found it after thirty minutes as it’s very badly signed .
Both times told they had no cars and I shouldn’t have been able to book online .
First time was told I had to have their insurance even though my credit card covers me
Both times made to feel like a complete idiot for expecting them to have cars
Will never use Enterprise anywhere again

I rented a minivan for a family trip down to the hill country. The employee assisting me was very friendly and professional. She actually took me out to the vehicle to inspect it which never happens at other locations. The minivan was equipped very nicely and had a DVD player for the kids which made a big difference.
I do have to point out that they have a zero tolerance smoking policy in the vehicles. Unfortunately the vehicle did have a slight cigarette smell. It was not overwhelming but noticeable. For this reason alone I will have to take away a star.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received at this location. I would recommend renting a vehicle from this location.
