I have eaten at a lot of Japanese restaurants and a few Thai restaurants and I have to say Thai Sakura is my favorite. I try to come here as often as I can. The owner lady is really nice and the food is super yummy. The California roll is probably is the best out of any I have had. The tropical roll, volcano roll, morning roll, and Mexican roll are also very good; however, my favorite by far is the dragon roll! Also, the drunken noodle with shrimp is the bomb! Out of the other things, I recommend the chicken katsu, the crab and avocado salad, the thai spring rolls, the thai tea and the vegetable soup.

Ate here roughly 5x now & had the Sweet Dream Roll each time. Haven’t been disappointed. Going to venture into other offerings they have. Only complaint is they’re closed 2:30pm-6:30pm

It is a decent sushi restaurant and it’s the only one in town. So it really doesn’t have any competition. We ordered the crawfish roll, which was very good. The shrimp fried rice tasted burnt, very disappointing. It’s a clean little restaurant and they are friendly. It’s a tad pricey though.

The chicken fried rice with a dash of soy sauce is GREAT! Staff is a little slow, but food is good.

It’s the only game in town and good but in a big city it’d just be average. Only have ever eaten here for lunch and have had a couple of different sushi and thai dishes. All were pretty good. Certainly if you’re in the area and looking for something ethnic this is a great place to go.

I had an unfortunate run-in with Sushi about six months ago. Since that fateful day sushi is not something I crave, ever. Also, I do not trust fish such as salmon, tuna, whitefish etc. anytime, anywhere, anymore since it all seems to be contaminated with mercury, or mis-labeled as something it’s not, or dyed pink to APPEAR fresh.(Google all of this — you’ll be frightened) My boyfriend loves the stuff and constantly harasses me to go for sushi. I am a lover of thai foods who feels rather deprived of said cuisine down here in the south. So we were super excited to stumble upon this conveniently-located spot! The service was fast and friendly. The interior is very clean and pleasant and featured a fish tank with fascinating exotic fish I’d never seen before! The food was just ok. My thai basil wasn’t spicy and not overly flavorful. The presentation of my bf’s sushi was beautiful but it didn’t knock his socks off. Spring rolls were allright. All-in-all not a bad quick stop right off the road. I’ll definitely go back and give it another chance when we roll that way.
