Very disappointed in this gyms lack of respect for their clients. I have been a member there since about February 2014. Since March I have bought personal training which costs WAY too much money. I was working closely with a single trainer and was happy enough with my results that I continued to spend a lot of money to keep working with him. On the day of my last appointment I got a personal message from him stating he was unable to train me that night, not due to his choice, and that xperience management would be contacting me. I went to the gym anyways to do my own work out and failed to get any phone call from management to inform me that my appointment was canceled. I went to the front desk after my work out to confront management for not calling me and they went on to lie to me saying they just found out that my trainer couldn’t train me and they were just about to call me(this was 2 hours prior when my trainer informed me our appointment was canceled). The manager then went on to explain to me the personal information that stopped my trainer from being able to train me that night. It is not any of my business the personal information between my trainer and his employer. How unprofessional can a business be. I learned all about him being suspended and personal things that he was being accused of. She then proceeded to try and sign me up with another trainer. Though my current trainer was not fired, she basically told me he was going to be in the future. I informed her I signed up for training for that trainer and that trainer alone. She corrected me saying I did not sign up for him that I signed up for xperience trainers and it wasn’t my choice who trains me. Well thanks xperience but no thanks. I will not pay hundreds of dollars for any 18 year old off the street to «train» me while they update their selfie on Facebook. I would rather throw the money I already spent away and follow the trainer where ever he goes in the future. That way I will no longer have to deal with all the broken computers to sign up for tanning or classes, the numerous girls and employees taking selfies in the bathroom, the theft in the locker room, not offering wifi for their clients, the numerous harassing emails and phone calls expecting me to get them new members to sign up and the lack of cleanliness in the whole club. You can definitely tell this club has horrible management and isn’t worth the lower monthly fee.

I use to go here… The staff seems to be a revolving door– no one stays long. The music choice is erratic and annoying, like most gyms I imagine… one should always bring headphones! One of the reasons my family used this gym was that when it was Cardinal, you could bring a friend or family member free with the $ 20 a month membership. When my mother called to ask about any changes, she was told there were none. Well, just that one– the most important one. She asked if she could transfer her membership to me. Nope can’t do that. She asked if she could downgrade to the $ 10 a month and we could both get that membership. Nope, there is a $ 50 fee to do that. She asked if she could cancel(free) and then we could both join. Nope. There is a 30 day cancellation wait, and right NOW there is a $ 1 join promo, but in 30 days it may be the regular $ 50 join fee each. THEN, she found out that they had been billing her canceled credit card. Let me back up. Months ago, they told her that they needed a new credit card from her to continue her membership. She was considering cancelling or putting it on hold(most gyms refuse to let you put it on hold however) This fitness company is buying up all the gyms around, so soon people won’t have a choice but to go here. I urge you to look into their policies first!
