In comparison to other Off 5th’s, this one is pretty small. The prices are good. I picked up a cashmere Vince sweater that I saw(or pretty close) at the regular Saks for less than ½ price. Overall, selections are thin, but worth stopping in periodically to see what’s here.

The return policy is the worst. 30 day return policy and they didn’t allow me to return a gift from my cousin.(Uggs for my daughter that didn’t fit) I have a gift receipt and how are they not going to allow a exchange or store credit. I ended up going to Gurnee Mills where it was originally purchased from and returned the item no questions asked. Overall, I wouldn’t buy anything from Saks off 5th. Especially with the hollidays coming up, you don’t know if the gift you give somebody will be able to be returned or exchanged. Go to Nordstrom instead where they have a great return policy and good customer service.

I bought a couple of shirts that were nice but got the wrong size. Trying to return it was like trying to break into Fort Knox. The staff was rude at best. I will never go back and I will do my best to spread the word and including contacting the better business bureau. They will eventually close, they also just jammed my shirts in a bag… almost wadded up never again

So they do have a decent selection of designer clothes for marked down price. But do i want to pay 70% for styles that are 2 – 3 years old. No thank you! I think milwaukee Saks gets rejects or unsold items from the Chicago saks off 5th. Saks also carries some brands that are sold at Boston store and macys which are sold year or so later but for double the price. Why would anyone want to pay double for few years old designs. Anyway… not thrilled !

I recently stopped in to Off 5th for the first time, hoping to find some good deals. What I ended up seeing were very expensive prices and no good deals. I also didn’t like the fact that the clearance(and I use that term loosely here) racks were incredibly disorganized. Size 8’s were mixed in with size 12’s, for example. Also, the sizing on some of the clothing was rather odd. It would be helpful if Off 5th would come up with some sort of conversion chart so that I could see what a size 42 is the equivalent of in normal sizing.

I’m still where I stand at three stars. Yes, they had some amazing sales going on. But the racks or so jampacked you could barely see what was hanging on them. I also found many of the items were in the wrong sized section. So just when you think you found an awesome Cashmere sweater for 40 bucks, you realize somebody put a XL in the M section. Dang! I also noticed, again, many employees standing around when their time would be better spent organizing the racks. The sales people here are definitely not interested in customer service. Will all of this keep me from coming to Off 5th again? Heck no! I’ll suffer through and carry on, because that’s the kind of girl I am! Like I said, I love me some bargains. I’ll chalk it up as «the thrill of the hunt».

I absolutely love this place. Now, if only there was a money tree planted outside of the front door. Albeit pricey, there are good deals to be had here. And, when you do find that deal, it won’t be some crappy quality garb like from a budget store such as Kohl’s or Target. I found a deal shortly after the store opened about five months back. I picked up two Ermenegildo Zegna suits for the price of one(actually less than a normal retail price of $ 1300EACH). And, they are super high end quality suits. Not the cheaper stuff you get at Men’s Warehouse… much higher quality, but in all they weren’t that expensive. $ 750 for 2PREMIUM suits. They look like a million bucks. I got a nice blue one and my tan one that I wore for my wedding. Today I stopped in and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but I found a nice paisley tie by Ted Baker for a $ 35 that I couldn’t pass up. It went with practically every shirt we paired it with. I love the quantity of high end merchandise here. I will continue to shop here when it is time to replace my budget store clothes.

If you are looking for top quality, beautiful additions to your wardrobe, check out 5th Off! They have this season’s and last season’s designer fashions at a fraction of the cost. I scored at the Buy One– Get Two Free sale: 2 small leather purses(tassel/gold accents) and a party dress for $ 92! Best part, right here in Milwaukee

LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE And their rewards program is awesome you can find all of the best brand right in your back yard. You don’t have to pay for shipping or drive far away in order to go shopping. It always help that you can try it on in the store, their sunglasses section is awesome. And the fact that it’s high end bargain saving makes it even better. Right upon arrival into the store i was greeted and left alone to shop not constantly asked if i needed help.

I was pretty excited to hear that there would be an Off 5th coming to the new Mayfair Collection at I45& Burleigh. Here’s what you can expect: *A retail experience vs. the«hunt & dig» experience at Nordstrom Rack. Everything is neatly organized, labeled and displayed beautifully. *Serious brands — sure, there are a few pairs of Coach loafers but you’ll also find Burberry, Badgley Mischka and Escada on the racks. There is some filler via the Saks house brand, but even that is good quality. *Serious prices — don’t expect to find many items under $ 100. *Serious deals — if you catch them during a sale period. For the opening weekend, they had big time sales going on. For example, a beautiful Longchamp leather bag could be had for about 60% off retail. *Not much for ladies over a size 12⁄14. There was a lot in the S/M sizes and almost nothing in XL. *A nice Rewards program that doesn’t require you to sign up for a store credit card. Despite being a «discount» store, Off 5th delivers a quality experience. Most people won’t be doing all of their shopping here but it’s worth a stop when you’re looking for something special.
