I had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered and paid for a chandelier and did not receive it. After five months of contacting RianRae, all the while getting reassurances that the product was coming, they said they would reimburse me for the item that never came, but the reimbursement never came. I had to file fraudulent charges with my credit card company in order to be reimbursed. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Often my emails and phone calls went unanswered. If this was not a scam then it was the worst purchase and customer service I have ever received. DONOTPURCHASEANYTHINGFROMTHISCOMPANY!!!

I am amending my review because Jen ultimately worked with me to refund my money when she was not able to provide the item I requested as promised. However, I would not feel comfortable engaging in another transaction with this business since I was told something was in stock, and it was only after a number of emails and phone calls from me that I finally discovered, 2 days before I needed the item, that I was not going to get it. I am sorry the transaction worked out the way it did.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I fell in love with one of the beautiful shower curtains on the Rian Rae website. I placed my order, and a few weeks later, received an email that the shower curtain was backordered, and I would be receiving it shortly. This was September 2009. After asking about the status in November, I was told a shipment was arriving in their warehouse that weekend, was given the tracking number and told I would have it shipped to me within a day or two. once month later, nothing arrived. I have the owner several chances, especially after she tried to make me feel bad, by saying she was going through«personal» troubles. I must be an idiot to fall for her scam. After at LEAST30 emails and phone calls in the last six months, Jeni Crawford finally responded and said she would put a refund check for me in the mail ASAP… well this was almost TWOMONTHSAGO, and not only have I not received a check, but she is back to ignoring my emails and phone calls. DONOTTRUSTTHISCOMPANYWITHYOURMONEY! I am following up my Unilocal with an official complaint with the BBB and strongly considering taking this fraud to small claims court.
