Thank you, Sandy and Denise, for all the time you spent helping my mother find an adjustable bed and some beautiful side tables that match her existing furniture. Your patience and expertise was so welcoming as we had lots of questions, specifically regarding the adjustable bed and a mattress that would match my mother’s particular needs and wants. The customer service and care you showed us was over the top, and I can’t thank you enough for providing us with an amazing experience. Purchased FlexSteel leather family room furniture from Waunakee Furniture. Not pleased with the quality of the furniture or the service from the store. In fact, owner said it would cost me $ 35.00 to come to our home in Sun Prairie to check out the problems we are concerned about. Really?
I guess trying to support a locally owned store was a bad idea. Will have to replace this furniture much sooner than we should have to, but I know where I won’t be buying it.
Very disappointed!
