To address the owner’s statement that they offered to do something for the bride — there was no offer. I asked for any sort of discount to help smooth the situation over and none was provided. Also interesting that she addressed this online over 2 years after the event.

I was having a wedding brunch and the team at the floral shop was amazing. I came in with my idea and they created it to a T. Everyone at the party complimented the centerpieces and asked where they came from so they could go get their own. The shop owner was amazing and super nice to work with even when I call to add more stuff to the order. She even came in on her day off to make sure we were pleased with the arrangements.
I have been going this is place for a while to get flowers for my spouse and they have always been so kind, but to work with them on this level and to get the outcome I did was amazing. They deserve everyone’s business.
