Ryan is the Man!!! I’ve worked with many computer «experts», this guy knows his stuff. I felt compelled to write a review because of many reasons:
#1. I almost didn’t call him because of his lack of reviews on Unilocal.It’s my «go to» web site,
usually the one I trust for honest reviews. I ended up taking a chance, I felt that if this company was in business since 1984, there must be something that they are doing right:)
#2. Ryan was on time and assured my dad that if he couldn’t help him, he wouldn’t charge him, fair enough!
#3. Picture this… an 83 year old man trying to figure out an IRS issue with the proof of burden on him. This involved retrieving documents from his on-​line banking account, getting to a screen in the program to print selected past activity. Ryan spent time talking directly to the bank, explaining the situation to my dad, and teaching us how to access the required documents. This happens only once a year, but it was a multi faceted task to reach the required documentation. Ryan explained in a slow and precise manner exactly why, where and how. His patience is amazing, I wrote down each step with his help, he never
rushed us.
#4. His rates are extremely fair.
I would love to keep him my little secret, but… that wouldn’t be right, lol. I know you will appreciate this knowledgeable gentleman as much as we did, I’m grateful to know about this company in the area. Thanks again Ryan!!!
