Maggie Bringa – State Farm Insurance Agent

Maggie Bringa is one of the least competent insurance agents I have come cross.
I understand the insurance business is not there for charity; but, what sets her as exceptionally terrible at what she does is her talent to give you information 2 years after it was necessary.
For instance, we had 3 incidents — 2 of which were the other driver’s fault. I was not aware that if you have 3 incidents within a 4 month window (even no fault) they cancel your insurance. I highly doubt that the Insurance companies made this up over night.
When we discussed this with her she was behaving as if it was common knowledge.
The right thing for her to do would have been to provide that information and let us make an educated choice when we called her about the 3^rd incident. Any good agent would not let us make the $ 340 claim and let us loose insurance.
If you are looking for an agent who does not care about your needs (don’t be fooled by her sweet talking when you start the insurance), who is clueless and guarantees dissatisifaction look no more. You have found her! If not, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
